Great location and a beautiful modern, classic design. Friendly staff with the attitude to solve your needs and questions. Great rooms size, efficient design, nicely decorated.

The staff were tremendously helpful, personable and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfy with great extras like an espresso maker in the room and free wifi. We also thought this location was perfect for exploring the city.

Breakfast is great. Place is in a nice location. Room is very quiet and brand new and clean.

The room was very nicely furnished/decorated and was laid out well. The water pressure was great in the shower. We had a nice view. Everything was clean and the hotel is in a great location. The main lobby area is very impressive. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

The thermostat was a bit confusing to figure out how to adjust the temperature of the room.

Good location and nice rooms. One of the receptionist on our arrival were very friendly and helpful! Also I liked that they had put ready in our room small bed and bowls for our dog! Stylish hotel.

I wrote and asked in advance that we need parking… they messaged first that they can’t guarantee parking but on arrival actually they had private parking for the quests (a bit pricey but still)

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep.The hotel’s amenities were excellent and added a lot of value to my stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area.

We stayed in room 405 in a NYE and the best thing to mention is the view from the window and 24/7 SAUNA after a long walk. Special thanks to Patricia at the reception for wonderfull care!

Breakfast could be more improved as it's half a la carte half swedish table now, and as i remember two years ago the food quality and variaty were absolutely stunning with a lot of great choices.

I had a great stay at this hotel thanks to its excellent location and comfortable, well-designed room. The room was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

I lost my cap and scarf in the lobby and I reported this, yet I didn't felt supported by hotel staff. As well, we got a nice bowl of fruits as welcome gift, but fruits wasn't fresh, so nice idea with poor execution.

Too hot in the bedroom even when we turned the thermostat down still warm. Opened window unfortunately that was noisy with traffic I had an upset tummy immediately after breakfast one morning eggs not fully cooked

Location

I did order two separate rooms for myself and friends I did pay for all in advance and just today had a message of my friend that they was charged for them room as well . Indigo send them money back but put me in very difficult situation like I invited them but didn’t pay for them where I said it’s all pays . I’m filing so bad about it and need information why this happened and what hotel will do to repair that.

Nice mix of old and new

The treatment from one of the reception staff (a man - upon check in around 18:50, 14/11/2025). I didn’t bring any form of physical ID. Had plenty of id Photos, electronic online banking, booking.com confirmation etc. He was very happy to charge my credit card and as soon as he did that, he proceeded to inform me with satisfaction that without a physical photo Id he will not let me in. It was not what he was doing, but how he was doing it. He was speaking from position of power which he proceeded to explore. If I was not in a hurry to a football game which I came to Warsaw for, I would have taken this up directly with the on duty manager. I own a hotel in Krakow and hope my guests never experience this type of treatment.
