I had a wonderful stay at Presidential Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the food was delicious with great variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!

I spent 1 hour for check-in in a long queue. I understand that it was Valentine’s Day but hotel should be prepared for it.

Lovely staff, very comfortable large bed, amazing view and many options at breakfast. Special shoutout to Konrad from reception who was able to fulfill most of our requests.

Everything was a bit old. We were told that breakfast in bed is not possible even though we had breakfast included in our reservation. They told us we have to pay full price separately for the breakfast brought to the room which we found really weird. TV in the room has mostly news channels and only way to connect it to any streaming platform is via an hdmi cable. I don’t know who watches news on holiday :)

The location is perfect in the centre, walkable distance to most of the places. Great view.

The room needs upgrade asap, everything is old in the room, bathroom, tv, bed etc..., for this money you could have a luxury stay with morden rooms somewhere else

Excellent Restaurant, outstanding view, good stuff. All your needs will be immediately solved. The stuff is polite. Greate big lounge part. Gym. Water pool. Room contains bathroom with a salt. It is a pleasure after hard working day. It was a business trip.

Old renovation.The bad check-in systemI booked dates from 10 of February to 12 of February using Booking.com. But unfortunately I delayed and arrived at 7 am February 11. It turned out on the reception that their system doesn't allow to check-in me. Booking.com support was also unavailable. I had to wait around 50 minutes while main reception specialist found how to solve this issue. They give me a room but disabled mini-bar inside it. Nevertheless I do not use mini-bar it is not good. Again there is no issue with hotel itself but rather with their software.Be careful when you book using booking.com but be delayed.

Mr. Karol, Ms. Wiktoria and Mr. Andrzej - have excellent guests care and approach !!! - They deserve a raise and a promotion.Additionally, the location, the city view, the swimming pool were fantastic!

Some rooms have some issues due to the age/usage. Some stuff are gossiping about the customers and are pretty loud about it (restaurants)The waitress are not approaching guests to take an order eg for a coffee/tea/juice - It would be really nice to have such approach.I would consider to change the breakfast menu eg every quater.

We were celebrating our first "girls party" with my 7 y.o. daughter, the hotel team prepared for us a postcard and a very tasty dessert to celebrate the birthday. Extremely cosy and nice place, good food. Good gym, spa zone. comfortable bed. calm team. no stress at all

Location, breakfasts are incredible, very nice and new pool/spa zone, staff was friendly, professional and provided assistance.

Rooms are not too modern, but generally fine. The only negative thing that got us confused is that without you paying deposit they do not let you use the fridge, simply lock it with key and then charge 10 euros to just open and take minibar out (?), some people need to store the medicine etc., it should probably be a free standard option by default for everyone (in other hotels if you don’t need the minibar they just free it up for you right away with no extra fees).

Great view from the 40th floor (Panorama bar). Breakfast sniadanie is great and not too expensive. Fitness room with trainer and 3 sauna rooms and swimming pool is available for guests.

Elevators are sometimes a bit slow.

You can definitely see that the deluxe room and the floors have seen better times - without the spa definitely not 5 star

Young staff, who don' have 5-star experience. Swimming pool was completely overcrowded with 14 persons. The sauna and steam bath were completely full, so we left. Small bathroom with a shower curtain. We upgraded to high floor, but all floors are high as they start from the 21 floor. The drink in the lounge had 75% ice and 25% drink. The locker stopped working, for two times. €9 for one Twix in the minibar is too much. Water boiler with instant coffee.
