Overpriced brunch

This is a really nice hotel, first class in cleanliness and the Spa is amazing. The breakfast is awesome and the staff was really helpful.

I am not rating it high because everything was great with the exception of the bed!!! It was the worst experience ever. The bed was like sleeping on concrete with sharp springs. For a hotel so nice, you would think that they would invest in comfortable beds. The primary reason for staying at a hotel is for rest. It was difficult to enjoy my trip due to lack of sleep. Please do something about the bests!!!

The breakfast was a little over priced but very good. The outdoor seating was very atheistically pleasing.

We could not earn our rewards points for this stay because it was booked on booking.com instead of through the hotel’s website. It would have been nice to earn points for our stay.

Hot sauna, warm swimming pool, all clean and well maintained. Lots of free parking.

That we sayed only 1 night

Spacious, kid friendly, amazing atmosphere, staff were informative helpful and went above and beyond. Rooms had amazing facilities. Soft play for children. We wish we stayed longer!

Clean and nice rooms, nice restaurant, generous breakfast. The lobby looks fancy and was nicely decorated for Christmas. Very good cocktails and food at the restaurant.

Pool zone is overcrowded, no jacuzzi or any hot water baths in the regular pool area. The waterfalls only get turned on if you ask, but by default are turned off. The steam sauna in the pool area has no steam (literally) and is too cold, no wonder why it’s always empty. There is an option to an “upgraded” spa area with jacuzzi that you can pay extra and get an entrance to, but they refused to let my teenagers upgrade, they suggested I should leave the teenagers at the overcrowded pool area and buy an upgrade for only myself, which was an upleasant interaction. Underground parking is 20 euros per night, yet a funny sign “park at your own risk” sign is there.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are tidy, beds are super comfortable and the whole ambiance is amazing! Breakfast is to die for, amazing selection of fresh fruits, juices and everything one can wish for! We truly appreciated the professionalism, care and attention that the manager Magda and her team displayed throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Warsaw and despite the few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, we much appreciate the efforts of the manager Magda and her team who made everything possible to compensate for the inconvenience caused by The Orange Ball that was taking place at the hotel that weekend. We were travelling with our 15 month old baby and with the noise and the vibrations that were shaking the floor of our room, we didn't have the restful night at all. At 1 a.m. we moved to another room, thanks to the night manager who recognised the situation. And so we rolled the baby cot across the hotel, just to sleep in more quiet area. This could have been prevented and anticipated at the check-in already. But other than that, we had a great time.

Staff were lovely, good food, excellent spa and gym facilities.
