Hampton By Hilton Warsaw City Centre

Location (near the central train station)! Clean room! Free breakfast was nice too!

They should have an express check out process since when I tried to check out, there was nobody at the reception.

Location

Only 1 chair in room ,we’re asked no more chairs

Location close to railway station.Baby cot was provided.Floor is all carpeted.Smeg refrigerator.

AC was broken, it was crazy hot, and technician works only till 7 p.m.They made me pay twice for the same night. Initially i booked a room for one night, but plans changed and i needed to add one more night before. This booking was non-refundable, so instead of extending current booking, system created second one for two nights, and booking for one night was still there. Since it was last minute change, they couldn't cancel, and for some reason on the counter they couldn't just charge me for an extra night, so i basically paid twice. I tried to request free cancellation and explained that this was a system issue, but the property refused.

Fantastic city hotel with very good location. The room was clean, beds and pillows comfotable and the breakfast was fantastic. Extramly polite staff and 24 h working reception.

Pillows were extremely comfortable.

Too crowded during breakfast time.Room eas noisy from trams sounds.

Its great spot. A corner store near the hotel. Its close to a train station, and the airport is a cab away or by foot too. I had a grewt experience, I will likley come back again.

I liked everything

Location, polite staff, cleanliness, cozyness, breakfast, accessibility

Zero complaints

Breakfast and location

There was no place to sit near the reception

The location, breakfast, rooms

The fact that our towells weren't changed.

The breakfast is rich and with great variety. The location is very convenient for reaching the central train station and a short bus ride away from the historical center. The people working there are friendly and helpful.

Everything was as expected, no complaints

The facilities, the employees, the tidy and clean room the breakfast

Nothing at all

Courteous staff excellent breakfast comfortable room and convenient location

Perfect location for a business trip in Warsaw; clean rooms and helpful staff.

Very pleased with the hotel, friendly atmosphere, great location, excellent breakfast

Bathroom toiletries not so great quality

This is a great hotel, we were very happy about our choice. Room is spacious, clean and includes everything you would need. Our room even had ironing board. You have tea/instant coffee in the room and space for work.

Internet, shower, hair dryer are the things that I would seem as most disappointing. I ended up using my mobile internet for most of the stay, because some devices were not connecting. Shower has a low pressure, but I assume they are saving water. Hair dryer is just old and bad.

Location, breakfast, comfortable room

It would be better to have a mini fridge in the room

Everything was perfect, the staff were very helpful, and the facilities were magical

The breakfast, however, was much to be desired. It was a typical carbon-heavy breakfast, no omelette, but they did have a waffle bar, which was excessive

Breakfast was very good for the hotels category, with good variety. The room was also good. The location as well was good, not far away from the center.

I thing for the category of the property is ok

I liked the hotel building.

The hotel was conveniently located, and the breakfast was very good.

spacious and nice design, good location

open shower cabin (feeling cold) and very low water pressure, overpriced late checkout
