Hotel Holiday Park

The room didn’t have a way to properly block the sunlight in the early hours of the morning. Once the sun rises we couldn’t sleep anymore. It’s the only negative point. The staff was great. Very kind, helpful and professional! Also the buffet for breakfast and other meals was quite good.

Every inch of the hotel was spotless, staff were great. Location is great as it is mid way between Modlin Aiport and Warsaw.

-No fridge in the room (it was before) -Audibility is very high. No soundproof at all, it feels as people are in your room talking. The hotel is huge, many sport teams are stay there, they are very loud. So, soundproof is the most negatuve thing, all other is good.

A bit cold at night- had to use 2 quilts.No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the room, since I first booked it because of the convenient location, and only later read reviews about the smell and noise in the hotel. I was lucky, the room was clean without any unpleasant odors, I even took a fragrance, which fortunately was not needed. At night it was quiet and no one made noise, perhaps this is due to the fact that I arrived on a weekday. Breakfast is really good.The staff is friendly. On the hotel grounds there are cozy gazebos where old oak trees grow. Traveling alone in this hotel I felt comfortable and safe. This hotel is really good value for money.

No air conditioner in the room, several big tables in the dinning room, far away from the center, issues with the shower

It was clean and the staff were friendly, there was a convince store just across the street which was helpful. The breakfasts were in included and very delicious.

The dinners served from my experience were below par, the hotel felt pretentious and cheap. The hotel was located very far from the centre and to get to the underground station it was a 30 minute walk with a long train journey once you get on it.

Was very loud during the night because of some people were having party outside next to reception with music etc. i thin

Good hotel in the outskirts of Warsaw. The location is a bit remote but you can get to subway fairly easily. Easy to get to by car. Also, it was clean and breakfast was tasty.

Unfortunately my bed was quite uncomfortable (clearly an old, worn out mattress)

Hotel is located near small grocery store and gasoline station.If you travel by car it's decent place to stay.Room was clean, breakfast had wide variety of dishes.

Location is really far from city center. If you want to get there you don't have much of options. 15 minutes to the public transport or taxi. Last time we waited taxi 18 minutes.Room is really small and doesn't match with pictures. Double bed in reality is 1.5 bed only, blanket is tiny and not enough for two.At the time of our visit room price was overpriced because of Metallica concert.

On first floor rooms bathroom need renovation, plates are not stabile on the floor.

Good breakfast with bean-to-cup proper coffee.The carrot cake was one the tastiest we evet tried.Plenty of the outdoor tables to enjoy the weather.

The dining options of buffet and the `ala carte` requires better guidance.

Garden was nice.

The bed was awful. You can hear all sounds from next room. I could not sleep at all!

Most of the staff were friendly, the room was large with 2 single beds and was clean. Bathroom was relatively modern but the shower small. Large car park and close to a petrol station and supermarket. A good desk working space with power points to hand

No USB charging in the room, food at the restaurant was very average, beds were uncomfortable. Room had a kettle but no tea or coffee etc. Space for a fridge but no actual fridge

Reasonable price and good quality. Very good breakfast. Always clean.

Good communication with CMKP for medical students/graduates. Available breakfest as buffet for good start of day.

Noisy neighbours. Pretty close to main road which can be heard from the rooms. Heating wasn't working. Watered down coffee from the machine during breakfast

I started with being served by a gentelmen dress in leisure outfit, finishing his dinner or something, very poor contact durng the whole process, it was very loud in the hotel which made sleeping a challenge, hotel did nothing about it, breakfast ok, large tables for 10 people makes it difficult to sit alone or with another person.

We are glad we chose this hotel despite some bad reviews. Nice room, breakfast food fresh and delicious.

The rooms need to be cleaned better, because candy and other things were thrown by the bed.

The check in and check out was pretty simple

No air conditioning, room can get stuffy and warm.Bed was very poorly made. Bottom sheet consisted of 2 single bed sheets thrown across the bed, see photos, where it was accessible to tuck sheets under mattress it was done, but along the wall and head of the bed it was just shoved down the side of the bed.after waking up in the middle of the night with the bottom sheets tangled and wrapped around my legs, I actually ended up pulling the bed away from the wall and making the bed properly, albeit with two single bed sheets.The doona (or duvet) wasn’t even big enough for the bed, moreover the size for a single bed not double.Where is the hospitality industry heading when they’re making (half making) double beds with 2x single bed sheets?Not sure what room was next to mine, storeroom or something of the sort, but when ever accessed, the person was horribly noisy, no consideration of neighbouring room, especially late at night. That said, the rooms walls must be paper thin, very noisy, can hear tv and movement in adjoining room and surrounds.
