Breakfast was good, hotel itself is beautiful and the hotel staff was very welcoming

The heating system was loud and making noises all the time, but it wasn't even that warm inside. Arrived on a day when hotel Restaurant is not working, so had to go somewhere else for food.

I likd the vibe in the hotel and the decor. Staff was very kind, so I filled comfortablle!

The room was beautifully designed with an attention to detail that created unique atmosphere, I loved the vibe. In addition to the amazing aesthetics, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay. I can’t wait to return!

As a vegan guest, I found it challenging to eat anything at breakfast since there were very few plant-based options available. I had to eat somewhere else even though I had payed for the breakfast. It would be wonderful to expand the breakfast options, as it would make the experience more inclusive for guests with various dietary preferences.

Nice location, spacious and nice rooms.

Lady on reception is very apathetic, never smiled, gave 0 extra instructions - only once we asked something. Breakfast is very poor, no lactose free choices and overall food is just not yummy.

I had a short stay (late check in and early check out), but I was totally satisfied with my room: clean and comfortable. Very nice location if you travel from Wschodnia train station

Very nice and delicious breakfast. Area was quite and it is perfect for couples, family or friend group. You can also enjoy delicious dinner at the premises of hotel as there is also a restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All hotel is designed with art pictures, which you will never see in any other hotel. Design of the hotel and its premises is really outstanding. All in all, we would recommend staying here.

A very nice and cosy place, creative room decoration, easy parking, we even got a glass of wine as a welcome drink from the house. Perfect

The rooms were big

Incredibly noisy rooms; we couldn't get to sleep due to traffic noise. There were private parties in the hotel's restaurant on Friday and Saturday night meaning we were not allowed to get food there. However the hotel had emailed us before saying 'Room service would be free for both nights ' as compensation. We confirmed this with reception before we ordered. However upon checkout we were told that we had to pay and were laughed at when I showed them the email. I will be following up to make a complaint and won't we recommending to anyone.

Room was near the Main Street and the windows weren’t soundproof so I couldn’t sleep because of the noisy cars

The room is well-designed, it has a big bathroom. The staff is quite nice. Hotel restaurant has a good breakfast.

We would like to warn people about this hotel. On the day of departure, we were robbed at breakfast. Most of the cash was taken from the wallets of the residents of the two rooms. The arrogant behavior of the receptionist was particularly infuriating. It seemed that it is our own fault that they have robbed us. We called the police, but nothing was found. I think several employees were involved in the theft, some were watching us in the restaurant while we had breakfast, others were robbing in our rooms at the time. I hope this message will reach the necessary people and relevant authorities.

Room, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, location (near the Warszawa Wschodnia train station) - everything worked perfectly well for me, I have no complaints. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again if I had to follow the same itinerary and spend 1 night in Warsaw before hopping on a train to Ukraine.

The hotel is super charming and small. It’s situated away from the centre but still very commutable. The most wonderful experience came from the lovely, friendly team at the hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. When there was an issue, they solved it with grace. Massive thank you to Emanuela who helped every time. I cannot wait to return.

Some staff was really indifferent. It would be nice people smile to you and be warm on Christmas eve!Also it was not pleasant situation with the toilet lid. We broke it and when wanted to pay we were told to pay 150 euro. At last we agreed on 80 euro, but I feel myself like fooled by. As it was quite cheep.

I liked interior design of the room, mine was a single bed.I liked the restaurant, nice breakfast.Staff was very friendly and sweet.Sheets were clean.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, gave me neck pain.Also when i booked the room in the details mentioned there will be slippers but when i got there, there weren't any and had to shower barefoot.Also the hallway floor made alot of squicky noises when used kept me up early in the morning.I couldn't find any English channels on the tv ?
