The design, the unpretentious staff, the terrace, the location, the architecture, nearly everything.

It was raining, cushions on the terrace got wet and were unusable the next sunny day.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very spacious. The staff was outstanding -- helpful at all time.

It's a little out of the way for the main tourist attractions. However, getting around by either tram or cab is very easy. Also, there are many restaurants nearby.

Mostly the stay was wonderful, our wishes were accommodated, the room was spacious, had all the amenities etc.

The kitchen smell lands in the upper floor, so there are times when you can smell what's being cooked. And the breakfast is somewhat pricey, more than double what you'd pay outside. It would be quite ok, if breakfast was exquisite but actually most places outside had better quality during our stay, so price didn't match quality

Location is amazing just in a heart of Warsaw. Beautiful view and cozy terrace. Brfast is very authentic and chic. Stuff was friendly and ready to welcome us. The room was already prepared upon our arrival. Speaking good English and very helpful.

Baby chair was very hard to find.

The hotel has a lively atmosphere, with many hidden treasures everywhere. Finding them has been an exploration on its own. The room was comfortable and faced a shopping street, which we liked. We loved the breakfast.

On the first night we got a room with no view despite our request for a city view but this was fixed immediately.

We enjoyed this hotel. We were on the top floor. Breakfast was not included but there are restaurants within walking distance. It was about a 15 minute was from the train station and about a 20 minute taxi ride to the old town .

Huge and well appointed rooms

The air conditioning barely worked, and there was nothing the staff could do about it. Room was definitely too hot and it wasn’t even very hot outside

The room was spacious, effectively like a comfortable one-bedroom apartment. Especially good if travelling with kids. Note: The actual appearance of the room didn’t quite match up to the photos online, but it was still pleasant.Excellent breakfast spots nearby—particularly enjoyed True Story, just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

The fact that my sister in law' sharing broke down and no one could repair it

Everything was perfect, walking distance to the city's attractions, the suite was very comfortable having terrace which enabled us to smoke. Breakfast was rich and delicious and the staff were very helpful.

I can't find anything to mention here. all is perfect. I recommend them to keep it at this same level.

Hotel staff make you feel very welcome. You're looked after well, spoiled even and with respect of your privacy.

Lights in the bathroom were too dim, but the bulbs were changed quickly for brighter ones.

Our family stayed at H15 Hotel over New Year’s, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While our check-in was smooth and the room was comfortable, the service and amenities did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel.Upon ordering room service on our first night, we were told after a long wait (over 45 minutes) that the hotel had run out of basic items like potatoes, despite having a restaurant on-site. The housekeeping was also inconsistent, often forgetting essential items like towels and toilet paper, and we even had to request a room cleaning mid-afternoon as they forgot to clean our room for the day.We also experienced issues with the room service menu, as items that were supposedly available turned out to be out of stock without notice. Finally, the service during our New Year’s Eve dinner was extremely poor, which was surprising given the quality of the food.Overall, our stay did not reflect the luxury or quality we anticipated. We hope the hotel can improve on these fronts in the future.

Very nice and professional service. The hotel staff is at a high level. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel's location is very good. All this makes it a place you want to come back.
