Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

Horrible communication. Got no refund. Did not stay there even 1 hour but paid for 2 weeks. Robbery. No respect for clients.

+A central location with the old town and other sights as well as transportation within a walking distance. A few restaurants and supermarkets were around 5-10 minutes away, on foot.

-Late check in. A couple of hours later than the competition around. With no staff and nowhere to leave your bags (at accommodation), this can be an issue for some people.

The offer on the basis of which I made the reservation was presented as a hotel room, which clearly suggested accommodation in a private hotel room. At no point was it indicated that the property is a hostel or that the reserved space pertains to a shared multi-bed room.Such a presentation of the offer may mislead consumers and is therefore contrary to applicable consumer protection laws – in particular regarding transparency and accurate information about the nature of the service. As a result, it may infringe upon the collective interests of consumers under the Act on Competition and Consumer Protection, posing a risk of significant financial penalties.Additionally, the price indicated in the reservation significantly exceeds the market rate for a hostel bed, which further suggests a deliberate misrepresentation of the type and standard of the offered accommodation.In light of the above:I demand an urgent explanation of this situation,anda full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

The hotel is easy to find. The rooms and the reception on the 4th floor with an elevator. The self check-in is a good option, well-organized, we could leave our bags ahead of check-in time. No problem to enter the property late at night. The room was quiet and well-equipped. The same with the bathroom.

There's no thing I would dislike.

Great value for money Got a metro to last stop on M1 line and got a bus from there with FLIXBUS to Modlin Airport

To be honest I liked everything for this price. Everything is really clean and look nice. I mean room was not very modern but it was exactly what I expected. Stuff was really nice and helpful with everything. Location is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone who is travelling on budget

Great location at great price- perfect for travel on budget. Room was clean and tidy. Perfect for travel on a budget whilst right at the centre of Warsaw.

Absolutely perfect location for transportation, food and walking to the city! Definitely visit the Milk bar very near to the hotel (good "homemade" food and good prices), also a kebab place and a bakery in the same building. I arrived alone and the receptionist didn't tell my room number out loud while a group of men were near the reception desk, which was great service! The wall-mounted air conditioning was wonderful, you can turn it on and off. The mattress was rather firm than soft and I liked that. Blackout curtains worked. The quite modern bathroom was clean and everything worked, only the toilet seat was a bit loose. I made two separate booking and our request to stay in the same room was approved. We had a room with a view to the courtyard so it was very quiet in our room.

It was confusing to find the hotel because there was a sign "Jasna 22" but not "Jasna hotelik". It's not on the street but in a passage way. No sign at the reception too so I had to ask if I'm at the right place. I added a picture of the outside door and I just called on of the black buttons saying "hotel" and I was let in and used the lift to get to the 4th floor (it worked our whole stay). Notice the limited reception hours! There was no cleaning, taking trash or changing towels (one per person) during our 4 night stay (I think you could ask for it but maybe it would have been extra fee). The extra teas and one(!) coffee not set nicely made it seem like they forgot to add more or maybe they were left by someone else but I don't think so. We had one key for two people. More like a hostel than a hotel.

Very good location

Everything is ok. Just if you’re not going to be parking in the hotel, be careful where to park. We had an issue with the local police, parked by a near by embassy of Italy - which was ok on Friday evening, but was not ok on Saturday morning. We had a police car waiting for us in the morning (roughly 9am), they started explaining that it is illegal to park by the embassy on weekends, no matter that we payed for the parking at the nearest machine and on Friday evening there were allot of cars parked there, started to ask us if we have money with ourselves and of course the local cops don’t speak nothing but polish :)

Great location in the center, but you have to go 1.5 kilometers from the train station or to take a bus.

The dark brown curtains make room dark and sad...

The location was excellent for the price, restaurants/bars/shops nearby. Only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Rooms were comfy and clean, an excellent base for exploring the city. They also facilitated early check in for us for a small fee which was very useful.

Drain in the bathroom smelt a little but this didn’t bother us too much as other reviews we had seen had already mentioned this and so it wasn’t as bad as we expected.

If you are travelling on the budget it's perfect for you.Comfortable beds, nice shower, lots of cool bistros in walking distance. Staff was really helpfull. Perfect for couples that want to explore night life in Warsaw and are eating out.

The bed is HORRIBLE. Room 403 the bed is all broke and so uncomfortable. Cheap bed and also too used and damaged. How can you let people sleep in this?? Go to ikea spend 300 euro and you solve the issue!!
