Breakfast buffet and a la carte (free) were plentiful with many choices. The room furniture was simple, but very practical.Perfect location for easy access to museums, old town, Royal Castle.

There were a set of steps and no ramp at the main entrance, the latter would be most helpful for the elderly and disabled.Only 1 chair in the bedroom and the windows could not be opened.

Liked the decor, the staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was very good. Bathrooms were a decent size with lots of shelf space for toiletries. Very good location.

There good have been more storage in the rooms for clothes - not enough cupboards or shelves for 2 people. Had to keep clothes in suitcase. Only one armchair again no comfy chair for second person in room.

Great quality to price ratio. Convenient location - many restaurants in a walking distance. The breakfast was great and staff - nice and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful it was my partners birthday whilst staying they made gave him birthday cake and sang happy birthday and also a voucher for Prosecco this was a lovely gesture thank you. During are stay staff were amazing and so friendly food delicious. Hotel extremely clean bed very comfortable. And in a great spot for the old town . Thank you to all your staff for a great stay

Very central location we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were really helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant for dinner in the evening was excellent.

The lights in bathroom are too bright in terms of setting the mood of the room. Doesnt suit the moody lights in the room.

The hotel is amazing. You have everything you need to have in a hotel, our room was really spacious and comfortable. It is exactly in the city centre, the neighborhood is excellent.

Nothing, everything was great!

The room was very comfortable and had an attractive tapestry wall. Breakfast was delicious, the location was amazing - close enough to the presidential palace that we saw President Zelensky in his motorcade after a visit. But best of all were the staff who were helpful and fun to talk to.

What a luxury hotel and amazing experience. Beds were extremely comfy, bathroom and bathroom products were amazing, and the hotel as a whole is an amazing experience. I'd never been to a hotel gym before so I can't compare but I really enjoyed it. We only did the breakfast one day, as it was slightly out of our budget, but it was amazing, and definitely worth the experience - prebook if you can, its 10PLN cheaper! The cleaning staff were amazing and the reception staff were very professional - probably not as friendly as we are used to in a southern European standard, but very professional and communication before travel was them was very clear and helpful. Location was amazing, couldn't recommend more.

Wardrobe space was slightly lacking. If we'd have been travelling for more days/had more luggage we'd have had nowhere to store it.

Would recommend and choose again! Elegant hotel with nice touches.

Staff was sometimes somewhat careless and unclear with information, for instance about restaurant or bar opening hours.

Is it correct the staff was very polite , the possibility to leave the luggage , the vegan options in the mini bar.

The fire alarm woke up the entire hotel at half past midnight necessary but could be improved

The location is just perfect and very convenient to see the city sights on foot. The room was also very comfortable.

The bathroom could have been warmer, it was a bit chilly especially for the winter months.
