It was worst experience. The man at the check-in counter was very rude, unreasonable, arrogant and too bad to deal or talk with. I'll never recommend anyone to select this place

The main apartment is 2 km away from Warsaw Central Railway Station and 8 km away from Warsaw Airport, which is very convenient to take a taxi. The privacy of the hotel is very good. The room facilities are clean, and the kitchen tableware and other facilities are complete. You only need to buy any food you want.When you go on a business trip to another city, if you don't want to take your luggage with you, you can also temporarily leave it at the reception desk of the apartment and they will store it for you for free. The price is also very cheap compared with the surrounding hotels.

I'm very satisfied. It would be better if the room could include breakfast.

This is just terrible!The owner of the apartment posts one set of photos but in fact checks people into a completely different apartment!!! This is a blatant scam, but that’s not all!In the apartment called Luxury Two Bedroom Apartments there is no living room, and this is not mentioned on the main description page!!!The shower was clogged and the water did not drain (see attached photo), the toilet was blocked and did not work (see attached photo)! The doors creaked and did not close properly!!!The towels were torn (see attached photo), the balcony light did not work!!!The bed folds out in such a way that it is impossible to get to the balcony from the room!!!Do not even think of booking this place — the hosts didn’t even apologize for checking us into an apartment that does not match the description!!!

We really liked the apartment, it's very spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very clean.We got there earlier and saw the cleaning ladies mopping the floor, and everything was super cleanThe location is good too, a few minute walk from the metro station Lots of food courts around Supermarket just down the street Very nice staff

Disappointing

the towels were dirty, we needed to launch the washing machine on arrival to have the clean towels; there were visible short everywhere

We were in February, so it wasn't very warm in the apartment. Interior and a lot of stuff need to be improved. Some stuff in the bathroom is broken. ​Level of cleanliness - 7 from 10.

The property was not clean - actually, it was super dirty. The bed linen was absolutely awful, with red stains, dirt, and holes. The dishes needed to be rewashed, and the furniture, especially in the kitchen, was dirty. There was also a missing chair (only three were available in the property), but this was fixed fairly quickly after I informed the staff.

Staff not very welcoming and seemed in a rush when we arrived he just told us to leave luggage there and wait for him to come back and it wasnt mentioned that the room would have been ready late in the afternoon. Old forniture and toilet tiles dirty. It was mentioned on the booking we would get a bath but we only had a shower.

Nice, cozy apartment, with all appliances needed for a short/medium stay. Huge living with dining and kitchen corner, comfy bed.

There was full of dust under the bed, rooms were a bit cold.

Location, people are helpful, public transportation is close.

Place needs renovation, like doors, windows, lights, no livingroom, small kitchen. terrible smell from neighbours, noise from neighbours.

Convenient, unit had most of what I needed including extra towels, location is excellent and it was mostly quiet during my stay.

Unit is due for renovation and some dishes/silverware aren't cleaned well. Furniture could use a complete wipe down between stays. No supplies such as dishwasher pods or laundry detergent.

Nice apt, clean with washer. Liked location and balcony. Easy check in. Appreciated bag of ice in freezer.

Kitchen not set up well - no paper towels or dish cloth or small sharp knives. Need instructions for washing machine.No bedside light in one bedroom - have to turn light out outside the room!! Need a light by bed and a little table.

I don’t know if that was a coincidence, but as this property is fully prepaid when I was paying for it to book it, right at the moment when I filled in card details I lost the access to my card. I couldn’t use the bank app anymore, I started receiving emails from the bank about unusual activity on my card so I understood that it got stolen by someone. I had to call the bank and to block it.So be careful, as your personal data, bank details are not safe.

Location was great, close to the city center

The cot that I had to pay extra money for was not even a cot, was a play space and it was very dirty. Also, the host lied that we will receive a card to enter the building but we didn't. Also, the property is not the one in the pictures. very bad experience

Excellent location, friendly stuff, enough space in the apartment, well equipped place.

Not the cleanest accomodation (stangers hair everywhere, dust and crumbles on the furniture, dirty toilets but worn out toilet brushes). Uncomfortable bed and too big pillows. There is no air condition. All-day drilling upstairs could not let our child sleep during the day.

There was nothing I disliked.

a very nice location, central. The property has a parking (to pay extra). There was everything needed in a kitchen. Beautiful view to night towers. Lots of places around to have a dinner.

one of the rooms with a balcony had a poor sealing, therefore even with a closed balcony door it felt a bit cold. Everything else was ok.
