Location.

Good location.

The instructions on how to find the place neglected to say what number door to open once inside. To someone who is not from Europe, this was not clear. Also, the head of the bed seemed lower than the foot. The pillow needed to be propped up with jackets. Perhaps another pillow would be helpful. Otherwise, this room was all I needed.

No A/C, so it can get quite hot inside

Fair location (a bit fair from public transport but in the old town). Helpful hosts, clean facilities and well supplied.

Could perhaps do with a little more soap (especially for dishes).

Excellent location, the apartment was clean and well equipped. Good customer service, easy check-in and check out.

The bed was a bit soft to my taste, that’s all I can think about.

- the location is amazing, exactly in the old town of Warsaw- very easy process of self check-in with all the necessary instructions from the host- there are all the amenities and stuff for the kitchen

The sink is too small. And we found hairs on the bed sheets.

Ideal location in the old town, tucked away on a quiet side street yet perfectly central to all the main tourist attractions. The owner was exceptionally accommodating, especially given the limited staff availability during the Christmas season, which we truly appreciated. The room was immaculate, featuring a well-maintained bathroom and a convenient kitchen area.

Room is a bit cramp for 3 but it’s all right.

Power outlets could be more.

The smell from the bathroom was very bad, we had to have the windows open all the time during our stay

Excellent location, great room for families, kids were separate to us but connected by a small kitchen and bathroom with a lock on the external door.

Drains in kitchen smelled a little

5 different locks to get in and out of the building, key boxes instead of 24hr desk (not since Covid)

This is, obviously, the best option in terms of value-quality-location PoV.Also room (we stayed in D8) and facilities are super clean. Our room was equipped by the fridge and microwave.You will have separated WC and shower cab per block.Being located in the Warsaw’s downtown, this hotel is, for sure, the best option to stay and enjoy Warsaw

There is nothing to complain about for this price.

Location is great.

The light in the hallway didn't work so I have to use my light from my phone to get to my room. A few coffee small packets will be greatly appreciated (there were none).

Amazing for group stay. Loved the styling of the apartment, looked better in real life than in photos.

Didn’t like the one shower that was open to the hallway. Couldn’t manage to switch on TV. Also would be amazing that hotel could offer mini shower gels and shampoos for every person in bathrooms. There was 1 bottle of something which looked like hand soap.

Location is just great. Price is just right. Perfect combo. The room was spacious and light. Beds were firm and comfortable. Check in was easy even if we arrived very late. And the staff are very cooperative!

Some black out curtains would have been nice but that’s a minor detail.

The property was neat and tidy and provided everything we needed. Instructions were clear and was withon walking distance (850m) from bus 175 straight from the airport

We had a ground floor apartment which was noisy at night. We are heavy sleepers however if you are not this would be an issue I imagine
