Good and clean rooms, spa looks good at the photos

We had a long trip from Lviv to Los Angeles and expected to have a rest at the amazing spa... But after the booking, I received a message from the hotel, that the spa is not available on Monday! And of course I can't cancel my booking... You have to pay for parking as well - unacceptable for 4star hotel

Very comfortable, clean, modern. Great breakfast.

Parking can be difficult.Spa access is free only before 6pm. Spa very crowded in the evenings.

Our stay was only one night on the weekend. The real gems vas the SPA zone. There is no many spa where it is textile free, but this one is, and after 8.00 PM you can use pool and jacuzzi without swimming suits. The mini bar inside works during spa opening hours so it is convenient. Best regards hotel Sante.

Only one thing was annoying that one person was filming in pool area with a phone, but lifeguard next to the pool reacted quickly so hopefully it will be the lesson for that person

Brilliant staff, especially Alexandra were very helpful! The hotel itself is very modern and spotless, however SPA is definitely the main attraction and absolutely worth visiting!

It's a little bit far from centre

The hotel and room met our standards. We didn't get a chance to use all the available facilities

The parking was tight and we only had one option "pay by the hour", which is disappointing

Stayed whilst attending a family wedding in Warsaw. Choose this hotel for its spa elements. In particular, I enjoyed: 1) the hydrogenated water fountains on each floor that allowed he water jug to be refilled! 2) a great spa complex with many interesting chambers and not too busy in the summer. 3) lovely craniosacral treatments from pan Adam, I had three over five days!

There is a tram outside the hotel and I would have loved an info sheet in the rooms on how best to get to places of interest by public transport, some info on things to do in old Praga where the hotel is located. Would love the convenience of being able to buy tram/metro tickets so I don't have to tap my card and pay for extra fee for a two stop tram ride! I found the booking system for the treatments also quite cumbersome and confusing!

We arrived late in the evening and stayed just one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, stylish and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline, both at night and in the morning. I really appreciated the thoughtful details, like the carafe with glasses and the option to get drinking water from the dispenser – such a nice touch of care for hydration.The air conditioning was comfortable, and both my son and I had a really good night’s sleep after a relaxing shower with the natural ingredient toiletries – their scent and quality were wonderful. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere calm. Thank you for the hospitality!

I only missed a little body cream after the shower. The entrance door had no soft closer, and when you arrive tired it’s hard to make sure it closes quietly – just a small point to improve. Parking was paid, but it gave me peace of mind knowing our car full of things was safe under the hotel’s care.

My stay at Hotel Sante in Warsaw was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help – I truly felt welcomed and cared for.The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the city.But the highlight of my stay was definitely the spa center – hands down the best sauna experience I've ever had! Everything was top-notch: the atmosphere, cleanliness, facilities, and overall relaxation. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and treat yourself, this is it.Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

No mini bar. Staff speak only polish. The reservation price does not match due to the exchange rate. Bad breakfast. Undrinkable coffee

Hotel located in living area where its still a lot of building going on, so not much to see by walking around. Had to pay for parking place.

Nice breakfast. But very bad coffee on coffee machine…Good Spa, but pool is always occupied by fitness groups…

Great location with tram just outside the door. Free parking on the street, or paid limited parking at the hotel.Free spa for hotel guests. Comfortable room and bed. Great food in the restaurant.

Humming motor noise all night possibly for heating water but very annoying.Shower water pressure kept stopping and went from dripping to extreme pressure. I couldn’t get any water pressure and then all of a sudden the shower head zoomed up to the roof and crashed to my foot. Very difficult to get the right pressure.The second night in the restaurant the staff didn’t really care about the guests, drinks took 10-15 minutes to arrive. All the deserts had nuts.
