Location, Location, location

Beds are super comfy. Staff is very helpful, breakfast was great.

Terrible smell in bathroom, seems its a plumbing issue. TV didn't work the entire stay.

Breakfast was good, and the waiter was very polite and fulfilled my request for an omelette.

Disappointing StayI stayed at Jess Hotel Warsaw from Oct 22–24, and it was very disappointing. My first room was extremely noisy, and the hot water stopped mid-shower. After being moved to another room, the hot water failed again the next morning — I waited 45+ minutes and still couldn’t shower. A 10% discount on a future stay doesn’t make up for this poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Sofa bed is not comfortable, supports are broken. Time for replacement.

Great location, great staff and very reasonable considering being in the middle of the old city, what a deal! My room, while small, was more than adequate. Thanks to the Jess Hotel!

Everything. Especially location and Hamam

The room wasn’t ready when I came. I had to wait for it to be prepared. It was about 3 pm. The view from the window is ok.

Breakfast was good. The location was excellent!

Boys at the desk nice but clueless. The room was noisy. The downstairs door kept slamming and boomed through the halls. Girls upstairs were laughing and loud in the stairway late at night. It was great to have a wash machine but there was no dryer.

The massage was great. Room where nice. Location is amazing. Price was super. 1 out of every 4 staff members too. The other 3 not really, like the opposite of helpful.

Spa issue, breaking down, booking in advance and the its full, booking and then it's being fixed, elevator issues, towel rack in the bathroom only hanging by 1 screw. Restaurant toilet/spa toilet is not really clean. Even 45 minutes after the cleaning crew. To much use? Half the lockers in the spa didn't lock. No shower in the spa worked. We had 3 options, boiling, freezing or somehow boiling and freezing and the same time? What's that about.

Sometimes it i had some strange smelling clouds waving trough the room. Also a Part of the Spa was under maintenance.

Good location!

Unfortunately, the room presented several issues that made my stay quite uncomfortable.First, there was a persistent odor coming from the bathroom that lingered throughout the room. Additionally, the room layout was inconvenient. The bed was positioned incorrectly, and the television was mounted to the left side of the bed above a sofa. This made it nearly impossible to watch TV comfortably while sitting or lying on the bed, as the angle required awkward positioning.At night, a bright green light from an electrical outlet directly above the bed made it difficult to sleep. I eventually had to ask the hotel staff to cover it. Moreover, the air conditioner was installed directly above the bed, blowing cold air onto my face with another bright indicator light that further disrupted sleep.

Not bad, but sewage smell everywhere

Sewage smells, jacuzzi didn’t work, but we booked this hotel especially for jacuzzi

Simple but clean room, great location, I was able to leave my bags before and after my stay. Nice bathroom and views from the room

Offer suana and jacuzzi but make sure to book reservations and peek in before you go my husband walked in on 3 naked women who went over their time.Good restaurant attached

No elevator service walking up and down to the 4 th floor for 3 days with no offer of compensation or change of room just told thanks for your patience when asked for some sort of service recovery then the final morning there was a fire alarm that they detected a hazard in the building and staff did not communicate with guests at all about what was going on

The location

The “deluxe” room was the size of a dorm room, no place to put your suitcase, very little space in bathroom for toiletries, and incredibly loud until all hours of the night. This was the most expensive hotel,on a per night basis, than the 5 others on this trip, but was by far the worst. The pictures of this hotel were very deceptive. I have stayed at hostels that were nicer than this.

Location, spa, breakfast

The location was spot on for seeing the downtown, the WIFI and AC worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and well equipt.

Definitely understand that if you get a room facing the street you will contend with traffic noise very early in the morning. Perhaps investing at some point in double glazed windows would solve this issue.
