Morning traffic was a bit busy, but thankfully it wasn’t noisy.

We loved everything about this hotel! It’s in an amazing location, the rooms were so clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hospitality was incredible! Close to public transport, mini marts and cafes/restaurants nearby, and the Elektrownia Food Hall just next door

Good location. Good breakfast for one night stay.

Left with a tad unpleasant aftertaste. I was informed that I have to give my email so the invoice can be sent. Turns out it wasn’t true. False pretext to lure out the email address. And another concerning thing is that I marked in a form that I do not agree to receive marketing information, but still received it anyway. So now I don’t know for what other purposes it could be used.

Be prepared for a walk into Old Town and many of the sites

Huge bed, very friendly staff and nice rooms! There was also a nice food hall nearby and cafes and bakeries. Old town only 20 min walk distance.

Avoid

Avoid this hotel the room was dirty the window doesn't open at all it's exactly like on an indoor cruise ship and the ventilation smells of food from the kitchen

Overall a great stay, would definitely come back to stay again! Lovely clean and modern hotel with nice big room and very comfortable! Also having 4 pillows on the bed was a huge plus for me as I sleep better with 2 pillows on either side as I change sides during the night. Breakfast was great. I used the fitness centre a couple of times and it had great equipment

My only negative was the room temperature control. I like it to be cold when I sleep but when I lowered the temp down to 14/15 it kept going back up to 19 and I could not get it any cooler.

Incredibly spacious room, couldn't fault it. All the fixtures and fittings seemed like new, everything was spotless. Very comfy beds and well appointed bathroom.Staff were very helpful and spoke great English.

If You’re Not Polish and...

I arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. and was told there were no rooms available and that I had to wait until 3 p.m. However, after me, I saw other guests being checked in right away without any waiting. After I asked again and pointed out what was happening — suddenly, within 30 minutes, I was checked in. The whole situation felt humiliating and clearly discriminatory, especially as I was treated differently simply because I hold a Ukrainian passport.To make matters even worse, after check-out I received an email from Mateusz Gotowicki, accusing me of taking a portable hairdryer and even charging me for it. As the owner of a Dyson hairdryer, I certainly had no reason to use or take theirs — and I never even saw such a hairdryer in the room.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had — unfair, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting respect, honesty, or equal treat

Clean

The weather was cold, but the hotel room temperature was limited to a maximum of 24°C, so it was really cold at night. I caught a cold.

The location is great, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, and clean

The room has a temperature limit that can't be raised, so I was cold all the time. Plus, it said there was a coffee maker, but there was only a kettle and instant coffee.
