Arche Hotel Puławska Residence Warszawa

Rooms are very spacious with added features such as kitchenette and sofa! Breakfast was plentiful and quite good. No powdered eggs here!

I chose this because it's close to family. It's also convenient for the airport. It is a bit of a schlep to get to midtown....but it's doable!

The location is good for ease of transit during travel. The neighborhood is safe, clean and modern.

The basin could have had a plug.

My room was a floor under the gym. The noise of weights dropping on the floor was annoying and disturbing

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. First and foremost, the location was fantastic—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around incredibly convenient, especially it was close to Shopen airport what was the main reason we stayed there. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always greeting with a smile and ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quite comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail—fresh linens, a good selection of toiletries, and a very comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus since I needed to get some work done during my stay.I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. It had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. The ambience of the dining area was relaxed and inviting, making it a pleasant way to start the day.Whether I was relaxing in the lobby or returning after a long day, it felt like a home away from home.

The towels were really small, if you have a long hair it will be a problem. Also in a kitchen cabinet was food, i didn`t know who left it and why it wasn`t cleaned.

the hotel is very nice and room was well cleaned and seemed renovated.very nice atmosphere.

nothing to like

Good facilities, good location, excellent breakfast.

The rooms are very spacious and relatively modern, with kitchen utensils available. Very nice breakfast.

The free parking at the hotel was very busy, and the underground parking was relatively expensive.

Nice, clean and spacious.

Toilets flushed bad

Excellent location close to Airport , large Shopping facilities . Free Parking , large room with kitchen and cutleries . Comfortable large room with sitting corner , good value for money . Excellent restaurant available

Very modern lobby, clean and spacious rooms, for a 3 star hotel I was very positively surprised, the food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious - we had prawns, mushroom pappardelle and camembert - I would have each dish again! The breakfast was also very good quality and value for money, lots of options and all super tasty.

Towels could be better quality.

Staying at this hotel not for the first time and still satisfied with its benefits. Very good hotel with excellent food supply for breakfast and in the evenings at hotel restaurant as well. Paid secured underground parking is an advantage.

A good hotel, close to the airport and city center (20 minutes by taxi). Polite and helpful hotel staff. Good breakfast.

Room was spacious and cosy. Breakfasts were decent. Restaurant serves pretty good food.

Shower tap required precise control to get comfortable temperature.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We didn't arrive until very late at night, and the staff were as attentive as if it was mid-morning. The breakfast was nice and had some items you wouldn't usually expect to have.

The sink was broken, and as it was so late, we didn't report it. We reported it at checkout, so it was probably mended soon after.

Lovely, helpful staff and a good breakfast provided too. The staff were able to provide assistance for going to a gig at the Arena Ursynov. Just the information we needed :-)

-stuff (very helpful)-comfortable bed-spacious room

-lack of parking space-dog charge (50zl)

Friendly StaffSpacious and clean roomService - nothing was a problemTasty food

Restaurant was lacking food intolerance menu.Shower seal was in a wrong place and water was leaking on the floor.

Large apartment

Cold, ❄️ Room temperature 20.5 way to cold.

Good location and breakfast with very good and big selection. Rooms are usually superb (expect this time). Very friendly and welcoming staff. There is parking in front of the hotel and a lot of green area to walk the dogs.

I arrived at the night, and the room given at first did not have a working air-conditioner. We were asked to wait 30 minutes. And then given a new room. In the new room there was a terrible smell (like an uncleaned toilets) but it was already about 2 at night so I opened the windows for a while.

Excellent breakfast, lovely room, good gym.

Not a great location.
