The hotel was amazing. One of the best hotels I have ever been in Poland m. It truly exceeded my expectations. I would give it 4 stars not only 3.
Nothing in general. One of the best picks for me. I would say maybe it won’t be ideal if you don’t have a car. Also, the rooms don’t come with fridges for some reason but this I noticed in almost all Polish hotels
Rich breakfast with a wide range of opening hours, comfortable parking for cars without any problem finding a spot, beautiful smell in the hall and corridors of the hotel.
More special bathroom products and a better hair dryer would definitely be a value add to the hotel.

No kettle for tea or coffee in the room , which I thought it should be standard, broken shower and bed. No bicycles to hire either. Very noisy in the mornings...

Hello, my family whit friends and I came to this hotel last night just because we have breakfast inside it. In the evening, when we arrived at the registration desk, we were asked if we wanted breakfast with dinner. And we replied that of course. So we searched for accommodation according to that. So that there would be breakfast inside. We have to pay so much and then they say we can't eat. You will have to pay extra. Like wow. Such a big hotel and such an unpleasant surprise from the waiter. Pronation No : 4788522585.Waiter at the reception:Jackob He was not willing to give the Surname.(It could have been Jackob Kuuba or somting like that) And he does not carry the name label either. Very rude waiter.
Stayed already second time in this hotel. Everything ok as usually. They have put nice decoration during holiday season so even hotel hall felt very cozy.

The hotel seems rather old and the biggest problem was that you could hear exactly what was going on in the hallway and neighbouring rooms. As there was a lot of noise, couldn’t really sleep..

The hotel is big, very well organized and has enough staff. The staff was friendly and nice. The parking lots are free.Our room was comfortable and the air conditioning was flawless. The breakfast offered a variety of food.
My only comment about the room that it had no small fridge. The location is far from the city center.

The breakfast was measured standards of more luxury hotels. A guest can find everything what you can expect from "continental breakfast". Offer of cheeses and hams was satisfying. Eggs, sauseges, juices... Everybody (without special needs) must be more than OK with it.
