    Pros +

    • I choose the hotel close to the home of my family in Warszawa. There isn't a kettle in the room, but I got it in the reception at my arrival. Thanks for this.
    • It's peaceful, good staff very warm and welcoming
    • Fast, no contact checkout

    Cons -

    • It's dirty there was dust on the floor, l could feel it on my feet
    • Mattress was super thin and uncomfortable, sheets were polyester and got uncomfortably hot, and the room was too dim (not enough overhead lights)
    • The hotel clearly need a refresh - the design is bit outdated and the furniture is worn. For future guests: finding a parking spot can be challenging on certain days. When we arrived, there were only two spaces available in total - both outside and in the garage combined.I recommend updating your Booking.com page. At the moment, when searching for accommodation for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children), the only option offered is to book two “twin rooms with extra bed,” even though two regular twin rooms would be sufficient. If you select the offered option of two “twin rooms with extra bed” and simply note that you do not require the extra beds, the system automatically changes the number of guests to two, removing any indication that we intend to visit with two children. I sent a separate message to the hotel via Booking.com to clarify that we would be arriving as a family of four and would not need extra beds. I received a reply confirming they understood and had added a note to the booking. However, upon arrival, the reception staff were still surprised that we had children with us. This is a confusing setup - please adjust your listings.

The staff were very friendly, and the parking garage under the hotel was convenient. Breakfast was OK.

Great breakfast with good choice of dishes, quite spacious bathroom, quiet, underground parking is fits 2 meter high cars

    Parking is quite cramped

I like the vibe and food was great. The location and staff treat people well.

    Location, accommodating and friendly staff

Bed sheets cleanliness - pillows are so worn out - water flow was very weak in the shower - the room can be nicer and warmer with a carpet.

The accommodation corresponds to the announced completely. Even could be accommodated in the morning for 50 pln.

There was only 1 towel per person. I got extra.

I really like the idea of filtred water and refill bottle. For quick stay, economic - its perfect.

The coffee in the morning was to expensive.

The hotel was out of the centre but easy to reach by bus or tram. The staff spoke good English and the hotel was safe and clean. The room looked a little dated but was good. I really liked the cold water machines on each floor and it was be a good thing if other Ibis hotels had them. The price I paid was excellent and included breakfast which was very good though I stuck to the cold buffet which was very tasty.

There was a bit of confusion when I checked in that they did not seem to know I had already paid but this was quickly resolved and there were no other issues.

I liked that there was possibility of having breakfast and that it was quite close to the University SWPS in Warsaw. I liked that there was very nice and clean bed that was also very comfy. I liked that the temperature in the room was ok and that I didn’t have to change anything. I also liked that there was enough towels and paper.

I didn’t like old furniture that you could notice that it has seen better times… the details of furniture was destroyed (scratched)- (little desk around the window), and a little dusty. I didn’t like the outside elevation of the building (it Looks old and the „Ibis” neon isn’t visible enough). I didn’t like small entrance without proper signs. It didn’t look welcoming - more like worker’s back entrance. I was thinking the infrastructure outside of the building isn’t proper and nice. There is a lot of chaos around without proper signs. Some trees and bushes, it all doesn’t look that good. I didn’t like that the stuff (workers) dissapeared often from the reception. I noticed it many times. I had to wait for them few times. I noticed that cleaning of the tables at the dining area takes lots of time, so at the end all the tables can be dirty with full amount of plates and cups. I didn’t like door in the Rooms that were old, very heavy, with ugly paint on it, without the modern and electronic place that you set in card that connects you with lights (this system is in every hotel now...). It was also huge scratch on the wall around the door probably in order to match it (I could see it was planned by architecs of the room, but it looks unprofessional). I didn’t like the curtains - they were too heavy and very old - unmatched colors too. It needs to change. I really didn’t like the old phone that was placed wrong (around the window) and it was definately out of date. It didn’t have instruction of usage - which numbers we could use, what is the reception number? I didn’t like the smell in the bathroom (smell of urine of people that were there before?) and there were some permanent signs on the sink. It didn’t make me feel that it is properly cleaned but I knew it was done by someone else and now it is permanent there. I didn’t like the lamps around the bed.

Very quiet surroundings, public transport availability

    Very far from city center

    7LewyckyjPosted on: 10-25-2024

good breakfast, sympatic and heplpful people

quite basic, toilette paper of bad quality, shower not so clean (brown traces)

    7IlzePosted on: 9-24-2024

    Available drinking water

Very old school and needs updating. Location is very far from everything. Price was very high for what we got and the only reason for that was the Taylor Swift concert in town.

It had everything we needed and the staff was very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The breakfast was really good!

Breakfast was good There are a lot of children's books

The room was very old, small and dark

    5LauraPosted on: 8-22-2024

Staff at check in desk was professionalAC inside room was good enough

Only two towels were given to use, usually there should be two large and two small ones. Water was not draining properly in our shower, neither in our friends room next door. Toilet paper was cheapest they could probably get. Overall way too scarcely and poorly fitted room.

Not far from tram station (direct line to city center)

Rooms not so good, old and not well maintained. Breakfast not good for price. Restaurant low level.

Great and helpful staff that allowed us to check in a bit earlier and gave us some helpful information about public transport. Clean room and good Wifi. Check out time is really nice.
