Pros +
- Great value for the price! The room was small but comfortable and cozy, the bed was quite big. The shower is in the room but the toilet is separate, with its own door. Train station is 10min away by foot, also a few bus stops around the hotel.Overall highly recommended for a short stay!
- I like the location and clean
- We're regularly staying in this hotel for one night. It has spacious rooms and very good location
Cons -
- Walls were a bit thin, you could hear other people.
- I like also the hotel room
- The area around the hotel is a huge building site. There is no too much noise, but a good bit of inconvenience and long walks to/from the train/bus stations

Overall, we were satisfied with the service at the hotel. Even though we arrived quite late, the check-in was quick and smooth. Breakfast was good, and when we noticed there was no hairdryer in the room, one was promptly brought to us within about half an hour.
The reason I’m not giving highest score is that the room was quite small, there was only one towel per person, and it wasn’t very warm. Still, we had a pleasant stay.
Absolute first class hotel, modern clean and very comfortable. Breakfast great! Will definitely stay again
room was clean and place of the hotel was good
Upon arrival at the hotel, despite informing them that we couldn't check in for the first night and would be staying the following nights, they caused us inconvenience on the first night, stating that our reservation was cancelled and they couldn't help us. After persistent questioning in the middle of the night and showing them my previous conversations with the hotel, they seemed to agree to let us stay that night, but they caused us brief inconvenience and stress. I believe there was a communication breakdown among the staff; they didn't seem professional to me.
It served it's purpose as an overnight stay.
Breakfast. We chose to go to the adjoining hotel and pay for a better breakfast.
ibis budget Warszawa West Station – nothing like a real ibis
This hotel has nothing in common with the ibis brand except the name. In reality, it feels more like a bare-bones shelter than a hotel, with cost-cutting taken to an almost absurd level. The room is essentially empty. No kettle, no tea, no coffee, no storage, no amenities of any kind. Just two glasses and a tiny water carafe. To refill it, you must go down to the lobby on the ground floor. Apparently, this is done “for the sake of the environment,” which in practice means running an expensive elevator multiple times per evening just to get drinking water. The design is aggressively unpleasant: cold, hospital-like, and depressing. In a twin room, there are two separate beds and a curtain — not between the beds, but separating the shower area, which is located directly in the room, next to the beds. The toilet at least has a separate door, which feels like a small mercy.Breakfast is minimal to the point of parody. You can choose between pancakes or basically nothing. Next to the pancakes are beans in sauce and sausages, but there is no omelet, no eggs of any kind — at all. The rest of the offering: two types of cheese, two types of cold cuts, three kinds of bread, very cheap jams, and apples as the only fruit.I booked this hotel a month in advance, trusting Booking.com and my Genius Level 3 discounts, and did not look closely enough at what I was booking. With all discounts applied, I paid 297 PLN for one night. For this price, in the same area of Warsaw, there are dozens of well-designed apartments available on Booking.com, and several real hotels that cost only 30–50 PLN more. This stay was a complete disappointment and a lesson learned. From now on, I will double- and triple-check what Booking.com recommends, and I will avoid ibis budget entirely.
Good location near to main train station
Before I checkin I made conversation with property and they clearlyMentioned me that earlin checking after 9 will cost 85PLN and chek in after 12 o clock will be no additional feesBut I checked in after 12 the charged me 85PLNRoom is very small not like they mentioned not worth for price
Unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff made comments that felt a bit dismissive, as if staying in the “budget” version next to the more expensive Ibis somehow made us lesser guests. Not a great start. We had also paid for breakfast and specifically asked for vegan options. The “vegan selection” was basically the bare minimum: some vegetables, bread, jam, and fruit. No plant-based milk at all, which is surprising in a large, well-known hotel chain in the capital city. It felt like there was almost no effort put into accommodating dietary needs. The worst part, however, was the water situation. Due to nearby construction, there was no water in the shower for two days, and when we tried using the sink, the hot water came out brown. We couldn’t shower at all. We reported it to the staff and they did change our room, but the issue persisted. The apologies were appreciated, but it didn’t fix the reality of the situation. For nearly 800 PLN for two nights in a double room, the value just wasn’t there. Between the lack of basic facilities, the poor breakfast offering, and the overall service, I can’t recommend this hotel. Hopefully they address these issues soon.
Very good location. Close to the bus station and not far from the city center and the central train station.Good staff.
I couldn't imagine that even in a budget Ibis hotel, the rooms would be less comfortable than in regular budget hotels.
Small but clean room, friendly staff, close to Warsaw West bus station
The location, staff, cleanliness of the room was so good.
The only thing i didn’t like that a sink was in totally different area and at the outside of the toilet and bathroom. This was a bit unhygienic and weird
Staff very friendly
Room very small, floor not carpeted, no closet space and bathroom and toilet very small and not worth of the money I spent.
The beds
There was no closet,The breakfast, not so many options
I booked a hotel for my parents. They were very happy. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied. It was very conveniently located near the airport.
Breakfast ok - location next to West station and only a few minutes taxi from the airport
No ac - it was very hot in Warsaw - not sure how it would be during the summer months. The front desk at the Budget side not fit for purpose- couldn’t or couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions.
Location was decent ( despite road works on the street), room was clean, the staff was friendly enough (my criticism about the staff is the management which caused the reception to be understaffed on a busy day). Wifi worked well.
Extremely long queue to check in (1+ hr), have to check in at regular (red) Ibis reception despite having reservation for Ibis Budget (blue). The management horribly understaffed the reception (the girl was on her own for tens of people waiting in line for check in), we wasted an hour with check-in. Also one of the 2 keycards initially didn't work. Rooms were a bit small and basic, I think the room temp was not representative of the aircon thermostat. Also the prices exploded in Warsaw. I think it is expensive for Poland, but I guess this is a Warsaw criticism not an Ibis problem.Expensive parking as well. Imho a hotel should provide free parking for its guests.
Location breakfast
We all got bed bugs ? Bites after the stay. On top of it the rooms are poor and bed uncomfortable.
More or less what I expected for these money. Functional, mostly comfortable, ideal for short or business trips.
The pillows are uncomfortable and the audiblity is too high, you can hear what your neighbours are doing.
