Raffles Europejski Warsaw

Staying at Raffles made our trip to Warsaw perfect. The most beautiful hotel in town. Location was phenomenal and the bed was insanely comfortable. Loved the heated floors and warm towels in the bathroom too. Your staff is the best!!

There is nothing not to like about the hotel, maybe expensive prices. But that is typical for luxury hotels

The check-in was great. Most of the staff was good. Spa was nice, location was good.

Bar staff was terrible, untrained. Room light system was over complicated, “butler service” was a sham, basically same as calling housekeeping or reception, used food trays were left in the halls all day. Spa was empty but they said no bookings for treatments available. Breakfast was mediocre at best with substandard quality.

One of the very best hotels in the world. Beautifully restored, a true mix of old and new. Fantastic mix of tradition and modern comfort. Think thick carpet on full wooden floors that swallow your shoes up to your ankles, incredible art everywhere, leather-clad fashionable secretaire desks and modern interpretation of art-nouveau. Literally everything is painfully perfect and aesthetical, without scarifying function. Top personnel too. Oh, also the best airconditioning systems and domotica I have experienced.

It costs a kidney per night.

The location, safety and breakfast

I requested for early check in and it wasnt accommodated. I was exhausted from a long flight and had to wait in the lobby for 2.30 hours.Also the room had no view. In my previous stay i had better welcoming and accommodation. I expected similar and sustainable treatment.

No loungers by the pool.

Massage was world class. I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world but no one beats Julia. She is the reason we returned from Krakow and came back to Raffles. Hope the management know what a gem they have in her

The prepaid breakfast was very good and the serving staff was excellent.

Actually, there were no complaints the front desk people and the concierge staff were excellent and made our stay exceptionally great

hope you can think of more varieties in breakfast/ food menu inside the hotel, consider options for halal food eaters too

The hotelIs beautiful. One of the best hotels I have stayed at Europe. If you are in Warsaw it’s worth the trip to just stay at this Hotel. The staff, location , and amenities leave nothing you would want . Outstanding car service at your disposal. 5 stars in every aspect.

Not one thing comes to mind.

We felt right at home at the Raffles. From the very moment we were picked up till we brought back to the airport.We loved our room, it had a separate dressing area, a separate desk area and my favorite, its own water closet.Breakfast at the Raffles, the buffet was always my favorite. The yogurt is Warsaw is delicious. The fresh blueberries and strawberries, yummy and juicy. They had a mixed fruit salad that didn’t come out of a can. Their breads and pastries are to die for. The butter was already softened. The cheese selection was divine.Often times we found ourselves in The Long Bar, having a cocktail, cup of tea and splitting a sandwich of having a couple of appetizers. You canning go wrong with anything you select to eat. The food never disappoints.The staff, we loved the staff the concierges, when we needed suggestions for restaurants, find Tylenol, anything, they found it. The waitstaff, they knew where we liked to sit and knew what tea we wanted. Everyone went out of their way to provide excellent service. You could tell they all enjoyed working there.After many hours in the air we both had 90 minute massages. I give it 5 stars.We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning next year.

That I couldn’t find an English channel. Which in hindsight was good!
