Hotel Verte, Warsaw, Autograph Collection

This is a decent hotel, in amazing historical location.

But on the days of my visit there was a wedding. So bar service was very long as understaffed and worth- there was very loud music after 23:00. I was complaining till 23:59 and eventually had to move room to other wing at 00:30. Valentine weekend ruined.

Breakfast options are really nice and your have variety to choose from a-la cart and form the buffet. The whole hotel is super nice, you see small details in it and especially rooms are amazing. Celling is like 4-5 meters high, ok sound isolation and amenities inside. Really very pleasant stay, especially for New Years Eve time. We've been in this hotel at summer, but only as guests for small cup of coffee and decided to stay for our winter Holidays here. Didn't regret :)

I liked everything.

The location is excellent, the building is beautiful and the rooms were very clean.

The room was smaller than expected and no view. The staff were fine but I wouldn't say friendly, you needed to speak to them for them to interact. There is only a small bar area that is narrow at the entrance. I was hoping there would be a nicer place to sit in the evening. Someone tried to open our door at about 3am. I didn't do anything a the time as I didn't want to wake my daughter and scare her, but I barely slept after that as I was travelling alone with my daughter. I reported it the next morning and the head concierge said he'd get back to me - he didn't. I later spoke to another concierge member and he was rude, saying it was probably security closing the door properly. It defiently was NOT. I am a very well travelled person and I know how to close and lock a door! I said it wasn't and the concierge was rude and abrasive back - not impressed at all.

I loved absolutely everything. The design, spaciousness of the rooms, amenities and the wonderful architecture of the buildings. Staff is also gracious and in the main very helpful and accommodating.

It would have been great to have had a pool!

Amazing hotel in old town. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are very well maintained and bed is super comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel was situated right across from the Christmas markets and the central square !! Central but quiet !!! Clean and comfortable!

Location was very good for what we wanted to visit in the old town and the tram/bus was right next door so everything was easy to get around for everything else.

Everything was great! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean.

I’m an early riser and really appreciated being able to enjoy a coffee before 6 a.m :)

Amazing location right next to the old town and Christmas markets. Staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable with one of the cosiest hotel beds I have ever stayed in! I even took photos of the labels of the bedding so I can try to replicate at home :D

Absolutely nothing we could say negatively

The staff were fantastic. Full of knowledge about the history of this magnificent building and proud of their city. A wonderful restoration of an historic building with the interior finishes up to the very standards of Old Europe.

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous hotel, the staff went above and beyond. Our morning breakfast/buffet was a dream to walk into. Food was delicious and beautiful to look at.
