Vienna House by Wyndham Mokotow Warsaw

All was perfect, the stuff was kind and very helpful, nice and clean room.

Fridge was not cooling the drinks.

It is great location .very nice room ,it is pets friendly and has got own parking

The breakfast was amazing! The room was incredibly clean. The staff was great. Would stay here again.

Quick 3 hour nap and shower before connecting flight.

Turned the shower on and the wand was aimed out of the shower, across the bathroom and out into the main room...Bedding was too small.

Very modern, spacious and comfortable rooms. Convenient location for the main airport

The room was very nice and comfortable, everything was clean and left a serene feeling.

Nothing much to bring out. Would've loved if the bed was a single queen size, not two beds pushed together.

Superb

water from shower leaking out of the cabin making ponds across bathroom (floor leveling not right)

The bed was incredibly comfortable and view was nice.

Internet had issues working.

I booked it for being next to the chopin airport. It is a very nice hotel with helpful staff

We were assigned to a room initially but the was a terrible odor coming from the toilet so we had to change rooms

The property is top, everything is very modern, the rooms are nice, and 1,8km fromThe Airport, a very very good stay, and Everything is New. There is free Street parking next to the hotel and I had a request to allow for a Package to be sent which has been accomodated by the hotel with ease.

I didn’t feel like in a Four-Star Hotel, but rather a fancy two-Star Hotel. Nobody offered help with the luggage (no way you will get it delivered to your room; the Hotel Restaurant is Overpriced). I still cannot figure out who the target audience is for this place - Not really leisure tourists, not really a Business Hotel and the Location is neither very close to the Airport, nor central. Overall recommended, is you need to stay close to the airport. Please consider to help your guests, when they come with kids, lots of luggage, and in freezing cold and if you want to attract families have in your menu something that a kid of five or six would eat.

Very good restaurant in the hotel!

We have stayed at this hotel many times, this time we were disappointed that the hotel was already worn out. The bedding was torn..

Lovely atmosphere, cosy. Clean , modern style rooms and facility. Breakfast was gorgeous!

N/A all was perfect

Breakfast, bed, and design

It’s absolutely great in quality, but not close to the centre

Nice, clean, friendly, eco-oriented

Very good hotel, located 5 min from the airport and 30 min from city center. Good wifi, very clean rooms, friendly staff, but the crown jewel is the breakfast, an excelent option and a must if you book this hotel. It is available from 6.30-10.30, offers very diverse options - eggs, meat, veggies, fresh bread and pastry, salads, fruits, coffee, milk (veg options available - almond, oat), micro greens, fresh juices, etc. The restaurant is very cosy, intim, in a spacious area full of green plants, it is truly outstanding.

Temperature in rooms was a bit low, as compared to what are we used to; I mean 21 degrees, the automatic setup should be ok, but when outside its cold - 0-4 degrees, it feels a bit colder.

Clean room, nice view, good restaurant

The breakfast was excellent, with great variety of products. The room was small and the atmosphere was dull with dark colors.

Room , dark color walls no plaster on walls.
