Nice and new hotel, great location

Worst service ive had from staff in a 5-star. Room was not cleaned properly (maid left a dirty bathrobe on one of the shelves, shelves had spots from sugary drinks, clean bathrobe was ripped). Also i understand due to valentines day staff was stretched, but room service was completely unavailable (simply didnt pick up the phone). Service at the pool even brought us a menu to then tell us that; well the bar is so full so we should feel free to walk up ourselves in bathrobes to get drinks (felt like a hidden camera moment). Also very smart layout at the pool; the smokers room is right next to gym/pool area, so when entering you are greeted by the great smell of cigarette smoke, very relaxing for non smokers.

This is my favorite hotel in the world! A historic modernist building with a contemporary revamp, it offers gorgeous, spacious rooms that are somehow very cozy. Two restaurants with wonderful food (including homemade bread for some of the best BLTs and kotlet/schnizel I’ve had anywhere—also try the mushroom pâté) offer terrific service, also across the 24hr room service, bar, and cigar room. The Ortigia spa is also amazing, adjacent to one of the coolest hotel pools I’ve seen. This was my second stay and I look forward to returning in the future. I can’t recommend the hospitality here enough, for a very attractive price the management have achieved something remarkable with this hotel!

Hotel Warszawa is a truly classy hotel. The rooms are always a bit larger than in most hotels, and the bathrooms are excellent. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The swimming pool and spa are open until midnight, which is absolutely amazing, especially for guests like us who want to enjoy the city, go out for dinner, or explore. The beds are very comfortable, and the evening turndown service is a lovely touch.

The only minor downside is that the rooms can feel a bit cold, although the air conditioning warms them up to a comfortable (not overly hot) temperature. It can also be slightly noisy from the corridor, as there are no carpets in the hallway or rooms but it's something understandable given the interior design. Nothing serious or disruptive.

Breakfast was exceptional! The quality of the product, the à la carte dishes (granola and nduja sandwich) were out of this world. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, bathrooms are huge. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Luxurious atmosphere in a beautifully restored historic building, with spacious, calm, and impeccably designed rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade sausages and artisanal charcuterie, and having two excellent restaurants including a Michelin-rated one was a real highlight. Perfect central location in the iconic Prudential Building, ideal for exploring Warsaw while enjoying a refined retreat.

Honestly, there was very little not to like. If anything, a slightly wider choice of pillows would be a nice extra — but even that feels like a minor detail. Overall, it’s hard to find any real faults with this hotel.

The hotel has two incredible restaurants offering different cousine and one located on the 6th floor under glass roof with exceptional view! I also was lucky that I decided to have a massage at the hotel spa which includes beautiful pool, sauna and well equipped gym. The massage i took included peeling and deep tissue massage and professional focused on my most troublesome areas and helped me to get rid of back pain.I also must mention that reception helped me to organise wonderful tour with guide around Warsaw! Lastly the room I got was so beautiful with incredibly comfortable bed and bathroom made with beautiful stone! It was exceptional stay and I will happily stay here next time I come to Warsaw!

Everything was perfect

The room was very spacious and stylish, and the breakfast is incredible. I loved the downstairs bar and swimming pool. The hotel is run by a local family and you can feel the authentically Polish perspective on contemporary hospitality that they offer guests in everything from the restaurant menus, the beautiful interiors, and the wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in great area of Warsaw where is exactly the central Warsaw. The room is well organized and it is perfect choice if you want to experience something new type of 5 stars hotel.

Only cons side of my stay was deposit system. The system itself is alright, however I had to wait for a long time to receive it at the reception when I checked out. Overall, everything was okay, regarding this problem you just need to prepare youself earlier and go to the reception.

modern dark design that has no focus on the experience, with no proper lobby and a hidden bar at the -1 floor, quite empty. The whole hotel feels like a cave, without any view of the outside (my room had interior view) and very little light all over the hotel, feeling like you’re in a spa everywhere. Bad Xmas music playing at the bar. Staff not especially friendly or welcoming.

A true 5-star hotel—one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, the spa is open until midnight, and the beautifully renovated historic buildings add exceptional charm. The wine selection is fantastic. Highly recommended

Nothing, I booked a large room that was supposed to be 35 sqm, and received a small 12-15 sqm room!

When I checked in I was told that the hotel was fully booked and received a small room that I dis not reserve!!!

Avoid this property

Party next door to my room all night was not covered by reception staff not at all. So after tired flight all night without sleep.
