Holiday Inn Express Warsaw - Mokotow By IHG

Friendly personnel. Location. Easy access to public transport to move around. Better quality of breakfast though the mains always were eggs and beens. Good variety of cheese and bread, fruit, coffee

The door to access the bathroom. Heavy to manage all times closing automatic

Breakfast

Clean comfy hotel with very good value for the money. Special thanks to hotel staff for being open-minded and willing to help. Very big trade center nearby with lots of shops can cover equally lots of sudden needs.

Ability of shower room to keep water inside could be improved. Otherwise everything is fine.

Very good and tasty breakfast. Different soft and harder pillows, clean and neat. Very quiet had a good sleep.

Not that I did not like, but strange was when opening bathroom door - the light switch for bathroom left on the inconvenient side - where the hinges, not handles are. But it is not so important and not a dealbreaker.

Best sleep of my life. Quiet room, comfortable bed, very decent breakfast. Highly recommend

Very friendly , knowledgeable, and helpful staff.Excellent location 20 min taxi drive from the airport .25 to 35 min tram ride or bus drive to the central train station and downtown .Both tram and bus stop only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.Excellent buffet breakfast Choice of hard and soft pillows .Comfortable bed and soacey room.

Everything was to my liking

Very good breakfast, tasty coffee ) Close to airport, and very cosy place )

nothing, all was good !

Clean convenient rooms, good buffet breakfast

Location .clean, tasty breakfast..

Parking paid .small driveway

Nice and large room, convenient location for a stopover between flights (4 min train to the airport, and 15-20 mins tram to city centre). Excellent breakfast.

For a room that costs more than 100€ per night, I would at least expect to have a refrigerator or minibar in the room...

Friendly staff, clean and comfy hotel/room. Good breakfast.

Poor Service and Uncomfortable Stay

We arrived at 9 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until 9:30 PM, despite the check-in time being 3 PM. The towels were in bad condition, and the AC didn’t work. I reported it at 10 PM, but no one came. At 11 PM, the receptionist rudely said they don’t offer service after that time.We had to open the windows due to the heat, which led to loud traffic noise all night. My family couldn’t sleep. The next morning, the acting manager was dismissive and unhelpful. We ended up canceling our second night and moving to another hotel. This stay ruined our experience in Warsaw. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The chair and the table are good for using the room as a small office on a business trip.

They have told me that breakfast is served until 10:30, but when I arrived at 9:55, the staff started removing all the food. It was sad and unexpected. The chair in the room is quite comfortable but you can't move it closer or farther to/from the table as it has no wheels and is heavy.

Very comfy, long time since we slept this well amywhere.Breakfast was also quite decent.Nice bar as well

Super-friendly staff, quiet room, cleanliness, varied buffet breakfast.

There's a considerable pet fee but pets aren't allowed on the beds/sofas... Then, what is the pet fee for if not for removing allergens?

Is very closed to the Airport., Rooms was very clean., Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend to my friends and family. Customers service is very friendly.

- friendly receptionist- breakfast was surprisingly good

- there is no option to park your car on the street in the neighbourhood, you have to use their paid parking spots- nothing fancy overall, but "gets the job done"

The clean room, nice bathroom. It's your typical economy class room. Nice staff, nice simple breakfast!

The location, booking.com made it seem like it's way closer to the center when it's not. That's the main issue.

- Clean, modern, very pretty rooms. - Good breakfast choices - Staff is very friendly and open!- All the necessary utilities for a hotel are provided!

By map it looks like it’s close to the airport, but it’s not. There is no direct walking path, and taxi will actually take about 10 minutes

Great breakfast, clean and confortable facilities.

The room temperature controlls did not work at all, and we have been charged with a parking spot when there was no information provided about this innitially. It does not seem right to pay almost 20 euros for parking night without informing the customers when they book the place.
