Hotel was easy access room spacious awesome place Hotel personnel very helpful very friendly

Only one but maybe only my issue, a microwave in room would be nice.

Only one and inconveniently placed power outlet.The bathroom shower booth does not have any shelf where you can place toiletries.The parking needs to be paid separately.

The customer service is very bad. I have tried it twice and twice it was a very bad customer service. The receptionist that is with lighter hair she is not helpful at all as if she is giving us a room for free. I wouldn't go back at all because of this lady. She doesn't let the guest feel comfortable and their is no hospitality from her.

Clean, quiet accommodation with comfortable beds, good location not far from city center, good transportation (bus and tram stops at the hotel)

Great location and connection to warszawa centralna. Nice room with a fridge and induction .

The Pillows were uncomfortable and the Check in is at 4 o'clock. That's very late.

Hated this property! There is nothing welcoming here starting from the rude front desk girl. The apartment just feels like a cold hollow place. Nothing welcoming and cozy about it. Hated this place so much I checked out within an hour. I’d rather forfeit my money than stay there.

Clean room but a little small.

Rooms are very small, not in good conditions, no ventilation, not clean, very hot in common areas and elevators.

The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony view, and the pricing is quite reasonable for being so close to Old Town Warsaw. Plus, there are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

I felt the staff could have been more welcoming. They were polite and cheerful at check-in, but afterward they didn’t seem too interested in engaging or helping out when I had questions—their attitude came across as a bit unfriendly. If you’re used to sleeping in air-conditioned or very cool rooms, keep in mind that the room wasn’t cold at all. When I asked about it, they didn’t really try to fix the issue and seemed slightly annoyed. They do provide a small fan, which works if you keep it right next to your bed, but it’s not the same. Overall, the staff’s attitude definitely brought down my mood about the place

The space was a tad too small. A hanger or clothes rail would have been nice.

Location close to our conference. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

No A/C so we opened the window and lots of noise from the street. It was a hot muggy night with lots of noise.

Smaller room than expected, not suitable for multiple persons for prolonged time. No AC. No electrical outlets near the beds. No matt/towel to lay on ground after shower. Rule to bring the trash by yourself is just bizzare.

Solid apartment, clean and well equipped. Easy rental process.

It’s a bit far from the centre, but well connected. The room in the summer gets very hot, there’s a tiny bit of window that can be opened but it doesn’t really help.

The location is okay, very close to tram station and only 10 minutes to the offices area. There were options for shops and restaurants. Spacious room. They were ok with earlier checkin

First of all, I did not get the room that I paid for. The room was for reduced mobility person and did not have a glass in the shower, just a drape that did not stop the water splashing all over the bathroom. There was a lot of noise. No ACMore expensive and lower quality than other aparthotels closer to city center

The apartment hotel's location is excellent, very close to the downtown. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Public transportation is available (a streetcar station is located across the street).

It doesn't have air conditioning, especially during the summer. There wasn't even a trash bin or recycling bin.
