bad smell, spots on the furniture and bed cover. No proper kitchen facilities, just microwave and small dysfunctional refrigerator placed in the clothe's closet, lightning didn't work properly, all stuff in the room and bathroom seemed heavily used.

Receptionist madam very helpful, such a kind person.

English website shows 12:00 check-out and cleaning staff come in just before 10:00. Location-wise its pretty unpleasant.

Sooo, it's cheap and in a pretty ok location with public transport nearby. . The communal and shared areas were kinda nice (kitchen with oven, induction stove and pans and female bathroom with washing machine).

When we entered there was underware left on the radiotors. Throw them out. Male toilets had no toilet paper and one stall was just broken. The female bathroom was fine. Bed bugs. In the morning we found out that poeple sleeping in the bunk beds had bug bed bites all over :(The door felt loose and had duct tape on the frame. We could close the door but like, come on man, straight up gray Overall, it was a terrible experience. Now I have to thoroughly wash all my clothes just in case. Would not recommend.

Well understanding and communication

Was clean, free parking, several showers and toilets to use (in other hostels we had just one for several rooms).

Info about keys was sent so late, that i got stressed if all is ok and we have place to say. No mugs in the morning at kitchen, did not have possibility to make a tea.

We were in an apartment for 1 week and decided to stay a little longer, we booked a place for 4 nights but security deposit demanded by bank transfer, so we lost the first night waiting for bank payment.So on emergency we booked Loft, it was simple and a life saver.

Disappointing

I consider staying in this hostel unsafe for girls. Staff are needed 24/7 to ensure the safety of residents. Men enter the women's shower.

The location for driving with car was nice, especially the parking, which was kinda private. The staff was friendly, waited for us to arrive in the late night, though did not speak english, but we communicated through google translate.

It was nice enough for the low price we paid. We did not expect the apartments to be very nice, and of course the room was not new, extra clean and something like that. Do not expect something very nice if you pay low price.

Free parking,The beddings were clean and beds were comfortable.Lady at the reception was nice.Possible to use the common kitchen to eat.Grocery store (Biedronka) and tram stop is 5min away.

The room was dirty, both the floor, table, etc.Despite the quiet hours from 9pm to 9 am, people were loud at midnight and already at 5am people were shouting at the corridor.Only the big light worked on the room. There were no smaller lights to use.The shared showers and toilets weren't clearly signed (or explained to the guests) as in the one for women had often men inside. Also, one of the toilet door lock was wrong so you couldn't even lock the door.

Location is good, next to the tram stop or if choose to take tram #1 then scooter cost about 2 zloty. Easy check in and rooms were clean.

There was no place to hang clothes while showering in those communal showers. Something to think about.

Free Pizza and Free Parking. Easy to get to old town by tram.

It was forbidden to drink alcohol in the room. Toilet room was shared and I did not found shower. Its OK to stay over night but not longer.

There was an enough big room.

This is already a fairly old hostel. There is no cleanliness, the bedding was not fresh and with holes. The doors were very thin, and the guests were too noisy. It was impossible to sleep at night because of the party in the kitchen.

The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a coffeemaker. The shower room and toilets were clean and appeared recently renovated. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable.

The room was somewhat untidy and not as clean as expected. The bed lacked comfort, TV was not functional.

Not the first time in this hotel. The last time we visited was in May 2023 and we did not like it - it was somehow not cozy and dirty. We decided that the hotel to "fizzle out"Not finding another suitable option, we decided to stay here again.This time everything was different.It was clean everywhere: in both the men and women restrooms, the kitchen was also clean.Thank you for late check-in - keys can be obtained according to instructions.Thanks to the staff, always friendly and responsive.There is free parking.Clean towels.Good Wi-Fi.Despite the noisy company, at 23-00 they went to bed as if on cue.

I would like to write a wish for the owners. Please make noticeable signs for the women and men restrooms. Incidents happen.

The bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable and covered with bugs, the receptionist only spoke polish and russian. It's not a good accommodation for a family or young travellers, it looks like people use it as a "love hotel" if you know what i mean. The general vibe of the place was very off putting.

The reception staff are very kind and eager to help us solve the problem of the remote control of the air conditioner. The cleaning staff is also very kind, they keep the public areas very clean and tidy.
