- We had two spots on pillows
- Room size. Very small for $250 per night
- Front desk staff-not friendly, no hello’s, overall rude and bad experience,Restaurant-too pricey so decided to not eat there.Lobby and hotel room-too small My room-no privacy and no viewsMost dislike-during early morning hours around1-2 AM, there are people on the street directly above my room making lots of noise and couldn’t sleep but most of all, hotel staff or security don’t do a thing about it. My 2 nights there, I couldn’t sleep til after3 AM to like 7 AM. It was a bad decision to book a hotel stay there. Won’t repeat.

The restaurant. The rooms are great. All very new and modern.
There is a club downstairs jazzmine that was open until 1am…I happened to have an early morning flight and they put me in a room on the second floor directly above the club so i got almost no sleep.
The design and the size of the rooms, the ambience, fragrances, beds and pillows are so comfortable
Stuff during breakfast is really unwelcoming. You have to wait when the notice youOn the first morning when I ordered a dish I specifically asked if there’s any dairy in it, the waiter in annoyed manner replied, there is none. I didn’t feel well after the breakfast but didn’t pay attention. The next morning I asked a different waiter the same question, and was shocked when he said that there is planty milk in this position.
The hotel and style is great. It's very reputable and well-known brand. Nice Rooms, enough space and very quiet, even though the hotel being right next to the main road. I had a very good night sleep and couldn't hear the road at all.The bathrooms is also spacious and has all amenities needed. The place is for sure good for a business trip or short city break, but I probably would not stay there for more than 3 to 4 nights.Even though the first recommendation was their own restaurant, I was given a second options just around the corner which turned out to be a very great place to it.The lack of information and welcoming feeling from the staff member on arrival was made up a little by the staff member who did my check-out.
While I thought the hotel was opened only recently I disregarded the little missing things to the lack of experience and the work flow, however later I was told the hotel is already open since 5 years, which leads me to put these details down here. During check-in, the staff member didn't confirm my room and meal plan booked, I was not explained anything on how to get to my room or that the room card needs to be placed in the elevator or even if there is any special code for the WiFi (there is not, but in such a class of hotel, I would expect them to tell you what is needed to login)I believe also the small touches like asking how you are, how the journey was and if all went well, could make such a difference to an experience.
We had a suite that was roomy, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. All kinds of nice touches showed that someone gave a great deal of thought to what makes a memorable stay.Staff were very helpful with small requests.Breakfast was outstanding, with a nice menu of hot dishes and a very diverse buffet. After the first day, the greeter and servers recognized us and treated us like "regulars."
I found nothing at all to complain of. I did not make much use of the hotel amenities, so I can't say anything about the spa, the meeting rooms, etc., but for just feeling great being at the hotel, I really only know one other that matches it.
Be sure to stay in the modern suite with the Japanese style rooms. Really amazingly comfortable and stylish. Love this place. Breakfast is really amazing, everything is top quality, à la carte menu is fantastic. We dined here once, took the Japanese tasting menu, yeah expensive but worth it.
Some really gourmet coffee would be great considering the high level of the place.
Great location, Great restaurant. Beautiful room design.
Spacious room
Could hear foot steps all night long, very thin walls and ceilings. Staff not very helpful.
Not up to nobu standards
I was staying for 2 nights and I was told breakfast was until 11am, i went down at 10.30am on the second day and was turned away and told that it had just finished (weekdays it closes at 10.30am apparently, and the receptionist bluntly told me i should have checked the small card that was handed to me with my room card) i expressed i was on medication and was not even offered anythingI walked into the room wanting to shower to find a huge hair ball from the previous guest - the shower had not been cleaned - the manager was informed and a cleaner was sent to just remove it no compensation or room change offeredI complained about the room temperature and was told to layer up because outside was 15-16degrees and so the heaters werent working
RoomsRestaurantFriendly staffGreat location
The spa - very small and no interest
Nobu Warsaw is a great hotel perfectly located close to many good od restaurants etc. We stay there every time we visit Warsaw. We love their generous breakfast and spacious suites.
Could you please make sure towels are not changed if they are not on the floor as per your own policy. We appreciate the cleaners want the best for the guests but we are very cautious about the environmental impact of our activities and don’t need our towels or bed linen to be changed every day. Many thanks
Good brand name, poor execution!
It is not 5 star hotel, definitely not when it comes to quality of service, food and generally speaking attention to details. Moreover be mindful that It is a joint between out-dated old Rialto hotel and newly built Nobu, I guess to safe money they decided to merge both.
I loved the design of the historic part of the hotel — a personal preference, but I found it far more appealing than the modern section. It felt truly connected to and respectful of Warsaw’s character. It was very comfortable. The location is very central, in vibrant area with many great coffee places and restaurants around.
While the staff was friendly, the service was nothing exceptional. I would suggest improving this aspect to better align with 5-star standards. The sound insulation in the room was noticeably worse than in the newer part of the hotel.
The design of this hotel is amazing! The rooms are super big, comfortable, everything you need, intelligent control of the room (maybe too intelligent for me :) )
Nothing, everything was simply amazing! Maybe the price of the restaurant, but I understand that is a very exclusive restaurant. Just a wish
Rooms were fine, restaurant is beautiful
There were a couple of things that were very disappointing — mainly the staff and their attitude.First, I booked this hotel because it clearly stated (twice!) that they offer parking. As soon as I booked and inquired, they said they didn’t have any spaces… Well, okay. Things happen. Never mind. When we arrived (around 11 PM), the music in the reception area was so loud we couldn’t hear the receptionist — and it definitely distracted her too. Instead of writing the correct room number on our cards, she made a mistake, so we went to the 5th floor and tried getting into someone else’s room. Then we had to go back downstairs, and she just said, “Oops.” Human error? Sure, it happens. Still, not ideal.Next, I wanted to order food to my room, which the receptionist said was possible. I tried calling the in-room dining service — no one picked up. I kept trying for 30 minutes. I also called the front desk, and no one answered there either. Eventually, someone from the front desk picked up. When I told him I couldn’t reach in-room dining, he said, “Oh, after 11 PM, you have to call the front desk to order food.”(And after 11 PM, the only options are a weird selection of snacks.)There was no info anywhere stating that I had to call a different number after 11 PM. Again — fine, maybe I’m wrong for expecting someone to pick up sooner.I ordered two things and specifically asked if the sauce comes separately. The man said, “Yes, it’s on the side.”When my order (well, only one of the two) arrived — the sauce wasn’t on the side, of course. I called back, and he said, “Oh, I thought you meant a different sauce.”I said, “What other sauce? There’s only one?”He apologized and said he’d remove it from the bill.I also asked where my second item was, and he said it was on the way.I waited 20 more minutes, called again — no answer. Called three more times. A woman finally picked up and said it would be up in a couple of minutes.
Excellent hotel - convenient location close to train station, friendly staff, great breakfast & Asian inspired design
Room looks exactly like the pictures. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hallways have a good perfume scent with music playing by the elevators. When the cleaning crew would clean the bed sheets, the sheets would have a clean and warm smell to them.Just stunning!
the interior design and location
