Pros +
- Close to hop on hop off bus station
- The hotel was clean, breakfast was worth the price, and the location is close to the shopping district in Vienna. Easy to call a cab or walk to where you need to go.
- The location was excellent as it was directly across the way from a main public trans station. And plenty of food and shopping in the immediate area.
Cons -
- Broken sliding glass door to bathroom. Cleaners didn’t clean room or empty garbage daily only made bed and refreshed linen.
- The staff were generally rude to non-German speaking people, including the front desk and breakfast bouncer. Also, even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door, the staff tried to enter our room!
- The room had a broken shower fixture but I also did not notify staff, so am not complaining about it.

Location! Very easy to move around Vienna and lots of things to do nearby including shops and restaurants!
Beds were rather stiff. Pillows did not provide proper neck support.
