Pros +

fairly easy to get to, nice staff people, and there is street parking to be had (though be careful about the rules since I did get a parking ticket ...).
Location was perfect , good value for money

Cons -

no air conditioning, so it was pretty uncomfortable for us Americans who are used to A/C everywhere! at least they had a fan and windows I could open.
Room was overlooking street and it was very noisy at night (broken glass, shouts)
