- Great location. Within walking distance to almost everything. The breakfast was free and amazing. The staff is very professional and courteous.
- Location of the hotel! Easy access to tour sites! Sumptuous desserts at Café Mozart! Hotel staff sensitive to your needs!
Cons -
- Very Outdated, The receptionists are very rude: the lady at the front desk looks like she’s never brushed her hair in her life, and the man’s breath could knock you over.
- We stayed for a night and our bag was stolen which included wallet, cash, credit cards, ID cards, etc. We informed the front desk and asked them for video footage from the windows and the door. They refused. Police contacted, filed report but nothing.
- The sqeeky chairs in our room got to go and not all windows had shutters so the morning sun was right on your face!!!!! Bath tub not ideal for handicap individuals! Overall, good accommodations!
