- Location, staff friendliness
- The location was great! We enjoyed walking around old town and having easy access to our hotel. Breakfast was included. The room was very large and our view was great.

- Air conditioning was marginal - since it was cool at night we left the windows open (we could hear noise) but if it had been warm it would have been a different story. Breakfast was ok there were a few flies around the food.
- Not enough options to charge the phone in several places, and can't charge direct with USB. The free drinks in the lobby are great but just after asking we knew about it. And the didn't refill it
