Set in a pedestrian street in the old town, this air-conditioned hotel is located in a 19th-century building, just 328 feet from the Promenade des Anglais. An LCD TV is provided in the guest rooms. Decorated with wooden furnishings, the rooms include a telephone and a bathroom with free toiletries. The kitchenettes have a stove and a fridge, and some of the rooms offer a balcony or a sea view. Some rooms have a private balcony opening onto the courtyard, some others have direct access to a communal terrace with sea view. The rooms are located on the third floor and they can be accessed by an elevator. Nice-Ville Train Station is 1 mi from Hotel Cresp and public parking is available nearby at an extra cost. Nice Airport is just 3.7 mi away.

- staff was vey helpful location superb view from terrace was amazing
- I like the location, the cleanliness of the room, and the friendly staff. I also liked the deck overlooking the sea. The hotel is on the 3rd floor, which was clean and nice.
Cons -
- internet required constant sign ins
- The building entry on the ground level floor, the elevator, and the stairs were sketchy: broken down and smelly. The bed was just OK. If you put the bed on risers to lift it 6 or 8 inches, put a mattress topper on it, and upgraded the cover, the bed would go from just OK to great and really upgrade the look and feel of the room. The same goes for the towels - they are OK, but if larger and fluffier, it would greatly improve the room.
