Located on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 1.4 mi from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 2.2 mi from Phenix Park. Pros +
- Nice little hotel off the Promenade. The room was clean and the AC worked (although not needed even in September). Breakfast was offered at 7 euro/day (croissants, juice, etc). Owner checked us in and spoke pretty good English. Beach across the street.
Cons -
- It was a little cramped inside, although our room had 2 beds when we only needed 1. The location was too far from the old town, Vieux Nice, where all the action is; probably a 30-40 minute walk.
