- The design of the place was beautiful - really soothing and eye-pleasing with lovely public areas and bedrooms. It looks like a new renovation, very high spec and super clean. it created a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were really kind and helpful: one guided us through our train bookings during a train strike and the others made great suggestions for places to eat and places to visit.

Cons -
- The windows were open a tiny bit when we arrived - but it was dark at such an angle ( at the top) we couldn't see. Also they were quite stiff. So we left it, thinking maybe they were closed. As a result it was a noisy night and we didn't sleep well. We closed them in the morning but they were open again that night. I appreciate they keep the room smelling fresh but it might be a good idea for reception staff to mention it or print it on the card on the windowsill or on key wallet
