- Though it¿s not a new hotel, it¿s kept in very good conditions. Clean, spacious and quiet. But the best was the costumer service from the receptionist. Professional, helpful, and very well mannered and kind. Also the personnel at the restaurant was ve

Cons -
- I went counting on having restaurant service advertised but as I arrived I Saw a note informing that the restaurant was closed for the festivities¿ ? Really? In an area that is very industrial and rundown where you find no restaurants at all. :(
- Carpet had stains, bathroom tub and tiles will benefit from a little more cleaning
- A note in the room indicated the hotel had complimentary toiletries in case guests forgot anything, but the front desk said the complimentary ones were out but the ones for sale were available. The hotel should prioritize on your advertised offers.
