- This was a fun hotel
- The facilities of the hotel are great. There are different things that you can do inside the hotel, pool, Pin Pong table, quiet room for studying.
- Loved the rooftop bar and pool, the social spaces and the room size was good.

- The bathroom doesn't clean well. Water got stuck on the floor.
- There needs to be more staff on check in at reception. We got given a disabled wet room and our shower drain was blocked which resulted in a very wet overflowing bathroom, this was reported but not resolved until the following day.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel was within walking distance to central Florence.
Housekeeping was far from great. The hotel is suitable mostly for people in their 20s, less so for older people.

Usually, the pool is open in the summer months until mid-afternoon, but availability depends on weather conditions, which unfortunately we cannot predict! If the use of the pool is essential for your stay with us, we recommend that you contact our Reception before booking your room. During peak periods, reservations are required to use the pool. Reservations are divided into fixed time slots and include a maximum 15-minute delay.
