- We loved everything about our stay. The Michelin stared restaurant is a must. Would love to go back someday.
- Staff is excellent, service oriented & well trained Went above and beyond Even took us via golf cart to the train station due to taxi strike Colosseum View from restaurant and even from the bathroom was amazing Breakfast great Close and convenient
- The location is very good. The restaurant just across from the hotel front entrance was fantastic. Steal Florentine was wonderful. Much better than overrated Brunelleschi Micheline star restaurants.
Cons -
- My wife and I stayed at 4 five star hotels in Italy. The Brunelleschi was a real let down. Website room pictures look nice. 95% of rooms face inside walls (no view). A vehicle was to pick us up at the airport. It never came. Many better hotels in Florence
