Rooms at Hotel Cosmopolitan have a contemporary design and an ultra-modern bathroom. They all come with a minibar and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. This 4-star hotel has a relaxing lounge bar with wide-screen TV, and a bright breakfast room with a daily buffet. The staff have great local knowledge and can book tickets, excursions and give tips on the best local restaurants. A short bus ride will take you close to Florence’s sights including the Uffizi Gallery and Santa Maria Novella Train Station.

Cons -
- Not a very inviting lobby. It was very dark
- they say they are a non smoking hotel, but do not enforce it, so they take heavy perfume and saturate the curtains and fabric with it, making it toxic and unhealthy air environment. when i complained, the once nice front desk staff became nasty
