- Unbelievably positive experience. It would be nice if American hotels could learn to provide this type of service.
- The staff was great.
- Best hotel during our stay in Italy. The rooms we large and up to date and the breakfast was delicious!
Cons -
- This is by no means a 5 star hotel.
- Very average room, less than expected for the rating. The sink leaked. The toilet didn't flush properly. There were chips in the glass table top in the sitting area, creating sharp edges. Not what I expected when I selected 5 star.

The staff was great.
