The staff was absolutely amazing, warm, kind, and helpful! We will literally never stay anywhere else when visiting Florence!

Cons -

attempt to add in extra tip
The Â¿star levelÂ¿ is misrepresented. There was active hotel construction starting at 7:45 which awakened us. Second, the front desk staff were not uniformly enthusiastic about their responsibilities and expectations. They seemed Â¿burdenedÂ¿.
Its really cold. We ask for help in te frontdesk and they didnÂ¿t do anything! We are now sick

The chosen room was large enough to accommodate a family of 6. This is hard to find in Europe.
