- St Regis .. Florence Italy exceeded our expectations and was exceptional !!
- Room was a good size, with a large bathroom and a separate nook for the wardrobe. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the daily champagne ritual was a great plus. Location close to sites, but not too close, made for a great starting point for walking.

- While our room itself was beautiful, their was no view.
