- The Mercure Firenze Centro is a quick walk from the train station, which made travel to/from easy. The staff was accommodating and let our group check in early - thank you! This enabled us to refresh before we ventured to breakfast and the main sights.
Cons -
- Adjecent street a bit narrow and urine smelling
- I have a suggestion¿ Breakfast buffet- due to the pandemic situation, the buffet service was different and it is understandable. The Staff ask you want from the buffet table while they write it down- hold a plate and put their order in the plate as
- While we were very happy with our stay, some may notice that there are slight imperfections in the furniture due to normal wear and tear.

Hotel is within walking distance of the train station. It will let you check your luggage after checking out so you can tour the afternoon after your departure.
Check-in seemed inordinately long, complex, and laborious.
