- The staff make this hotel what it is. Very attentive, helpful and kind. The hotel itself is small - not large scale. Still - would be 100% ready to stay again.

- Staff were great. Friendly with good service.

- The Hotel is on a Piazza and therefore subject to quite a bit of foot traffic and therefore noise from passing tourists. I was awakened every night by passing partiers. Also, the internet was slow.

Lots' of space and walking distance to almost everything available in Florence. Bathroom was exceptional and the room was clean and well furnished.
