Lack of tea and coffee facilities coupled with having to wait for staff to serve you after 7am in the morning is annoying.Arriving back at the hotel to find door locked with no staff on desk, no clear instructions provided on how to access the building when arrived if this situation occursWhilst the hotel is well presented it really felt quite soulless

Well located for public transport or walking into the town centre, shops and places to eat nearby, far enough from the centre to feel a more more relaxed and peaceful, nice view of the square with trees/water fountain outside. Room was very clean, mattress comfortable, quite liked the modern decor of the room - it was very comfortable. Our stay was mostly quiet. Staff friendly and were helpful and accommodating. Shower gel supplied as a pump bottle in the shower. One small body lotion supplied. Water in room on arrival.

No tea/coffee facilities in room, no fridge or minibar, no iron in the room but staff brought this for us. TV is not a smart TV. Although we requested a double room we had 2 single beds pushed together, with 2 single mattresses and 2 single duvets which was strange. We didn’t have breakfast as €18 each for a continental breakfast was steep.

The room was clean and the service was very nice. The location is handy. The late cancellation option is appreciated.

The room for 1 person was a bit weird, the walls felt like made out of paper, a lot of noise could be heard from other places, but it was mostly ok.

Small room and while there was a big event on, the price was extortionate.

The staff were amazing and really friendly! The buffet was very cute and we had one of the nicest coffees at the hotel. Very clean and comfy beds. Soundproofed from the outside noise too which was great.

The only thing was the doors outside the apartments on the top floors were super heavy so every time someone walked through it would slam which could be disruptive at night. No issue if you’re on a lower floor.

A bit tricky to locate the parking garage but worked well once we found it.

Nice styling, comfortable bed. More than adequate for a city stay. Friendly and very helpful staff on the front desk. Liked the easy online check-in. We also liked the underground parking, right outside the hotel. It would be useful though to have prior directions on getting to the car park, as it’s difficult to park up on the street when first arriving.

We didn’t include breakfast when booking, but decided to try it one morning. It was very so-so and there are decent cafes within a short walk where you can get a good breakfast.We did message the property in advance of our stay to ask for information about the parking, but didn’t get a response.

Location was good, receptionists were kindly and helpful

Although the weather while we are there does not required it, a fridge and airconditioning would be good to have. A simple shoehorn may have made my face smile

Basic hotel, though stylish and comfortable. Good Breakfast. Good location. Convenient public car parking. Good restaurants near by.

The hotel is stylish, clean and comfortable. It's a 15 minute walk from the station or 5 minutes in a taxi.My room was spacious, a very comfortable bed, a good size bathroom and a balcony.I only stayed one night but I would stay here again

Great Location, confortabile bed, quiet (although you can hear noise from the hallway, which only ofițer once string my stay.

It was too cold - the one heater in the room seemed insufficient. Ilhad to use both blankets on top of each other to keep warm during the night.

Staff were fantastic, we were lucky and managed to get an early check-in. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. Location is close enough to the centre that it's walking distance away, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet to sleep

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and pillows too thin (with no spares in the room)

Very comfortable stay. Lovely staff especially igor on reception. Really warm welcome and very informative of where to go. We didn’t have The breakfast so can’t comment . Very clean everywhere .
