Pros +

The hotel is at a great location, near the cathedral and river.
Staff made it easy to check in even though nobody was there. Very detailed instructions on how to find the room key.

Cons -

Cleanliness is an issue. When a coin rolled under the bed, we saw accumulated dirt that had apparently been there for weeks. There was also dirt on top of the lamps. Overall the hotel room is very clean, but quality is in the details.
There was nothing I didn't like.
