Great location, my room was spacious and high quality for the price

Very accomodating, super friendly, clean and great location. 10/10. Had our flights cancelled and they couldnt do enough to help.

Location is the only good thing about here, don't waste your money on this place.

The staff was the rudest hoteliers I've ever met. I asked before my stay to store luggage. When I arrived the receptionist was having breakfast and when I asked to store luggage, she told me to go down the stairs, which I did, only to end up in the messy employee room and the AC room. No luggage room, she meant to place my LUGGAGE UNATTENDED IN THE STAIRS and she would watch it, which was a lie because she was having bfast and not on her front desk anyway. Another customer walked in wanting to do the same and was also rude to her. I checked in much later so that she finishes her shift, a guy gave me the keys after asking my name, NO ID CHECKS WHATSOEVER. I go straight to the room and lock myself in as I was feeling unsafe by now. Bathroom trashcan was dirty, sink cracked, dust everywhere in bedroom, bedsheets stained. Absolutely disgusting. RUN AWAY from this place.

Location was very good. The staff were very friendly.

Room was very cold, radiator did not work. Only one small blanket provided for a double room. Chairs in room were of poor quality and uncomfortable.

We had a business room, but there was no wi-if for the duration of the stay. A meme we of staff tried to do something on the first night to fix it, but after that they all just shrugged and said it was a problem. Yes, it was!The lift also didn’t work and again, no attempt to fix it. 72 steps ups and down each time we went to the room wasn’t too bad, but not ideal for the price we paid.Also had a problem with dirty unwashed glasses in the bathroom. Just overall a disappointment really when things could be easily fixed.

Literally arrived there 10 minutes before check in 13.50, admin was fine..gave me the keys for room nr 14, entered in.. not cleaned. Which made sense as cleaners literally will take there 10 min to clean the room.. she gave me another room told me btw no WI-FI or TV is working these days as they changing the company four days.. used my own Internet and had to open the window to get any signal. Mistery for me is how can you call this hotel 4 star hotel? In reality it’s 2 star hotel, not the best location, no TV or Internet, no minibar, no bathrobe or slippers. Thankfully there was towels but no shampoo or conditioner. Worst hotel experience.

We didn’t like that you had to pay extra for parking in the tiniest parking lot!

In town centre,convenient to walk around and also can walk to the Dom,central station etc.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was as described and it was nice to finally have a kettle on my travels. Some care was put into the presentation which was nice to see

Location - and a parking! Super rare at such a central place. The staff was kind - just not as on top of their duties as one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfy and huge.

There's absolutely no cleaning during your stay, even if you ask - and it's not written anywhere, neither do they tell you that during check in. I was in for 5 nights and dropped by the reception 3x to ask for cleaning. All they did was to come and change the towels. Again, this is fine as far as: 1st, this is not advertised as a 4-star hotel. 2nd, they INFORM us that. On the last night I had enough and asked for the bed sheets and vacuum cleaner so I could do their job myself. They "didn't find" a vacuum cleaner but gave me sheets that I had to change myself. It literally never happened in my life that I had to change my own bed sheets in a 4 star hotel, crazy!The receptionist were a bit lost. When I came to check out I was asked whether I had paid or not (again, they should have this info) and when I asked to leave the car in the parking for a few hours I was first told "no, if you pay now no because it will cost another 10 euros" and I said "sure". But then they changed their mind and decided not to charge. I might be wrong but I got the vibe "I will pretend to charge and then will give it for free so they'll be happy thinking I did them a favor". Of course I was already upset because of the cleaning so it might have been just me. Also the lift broke on Friday after I arrived and only got fixed on Monday - again, not a big deal, but not a single warning sign was put anywhere and no one warned us. They'd just let us try to use it and fail. It could literally have been a piece of paper on the wall, but nope. I chose this place for it's location and the nice parking price but I wish I had paid double the price for the parking and got a better service a little further away. Never again.

Bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included a lot of tasty options.

Our room was hot as it has been a hot day and there was no air conditioning. We opened the windows (luckily it cooled down at night), which helped somewhat, but this meant we could hear all the shouting of people going out and some very loud cars or motorcycles from the street below. And that was with earplugs! All in all, we didn't sleep much that night. The bathroom was also dark, with limited lighting. The room did not meet our expectations given the price we paid.

The staff were terrible, they didn’t even have a map of the city either. Also, no air conditioning, so if its warm you have to sleep with the window open, with lots of noise in the street outside. The staff were not interested in my complaints.

2nd hotel manager was really rude when I was about to check in. No AC.

Staff when I checked out were rude, and when I told them that the TV and WiFi didn't work, they knocked €20 off the price but didn't apologise. Seemed quite arrogant. The check-in staff were nicer but when told that the 3rd floor room without any lift, had a TV which turned off every 5 mins and WiFi which did the same, they just shrugged and said, "yes, it's like that". It was cheap for Cologne, but 3x what I'm paying in the other places along the Rhine where I'm staying on my trip.

No aircon/fan. Required window open to cool down, noisy bar next door. With window open very loud but with window close quiet but too hot and sweaty

The location was central and secure parking was good. A bit tight to get into with a big car but manageable.

No air con and no fan provided. If you have a front facing window, be aware that it’s noisy outside on a weekend until the early hours (about 3am it started to go quiet). It was impossible to have the windows open due to the noise but the room was very hot with them closed. We decided to check out early as didn’t want another night like that. On checkout they tried to charge me again, insisting I had only paid for 1 room despite me showing them the reservation from Booking.com showing I had prepaid for 2 rooms for 2 nights.
