Quirky hotel, it was clean and location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Could’ve done with a headboard for the bed to make it comfortable when sat up, other than that the room was good

The house keeping we’re a little too hasty knocking on the door at 1140 when checking out time is 1200. I’m not late to leave so more of a grace period please

Fun creative designed environment

Reception staff could learn that talking, with eye contact with guests makes a huge difference. Not communicating and seemingly struggling with finding basic information on the computer. Why did I go through the trouble of checking in online before if it takes unreasonable long time to check in anyway.

Location, decor, restaurant was spectacular! Room was well appointed and very comfortable.

Front desk staff checking us in was not welcoming/friendly and took a long time to complete the process. They were not able to answer typical questions about the hotel and area while completing the check-in process, prompting us to wait until check-in was complete.

The rooms are spacious and set out nicely with nice touches like the portable speaker, free first mini bar, cute cuddly toy and natural shampoo and soap. The decor is interesting with a space theme. The Neni restaurant is good with a nice view across to the city centre. The lobby area has different seating areas for different needs including a cafe. The staff were accommodating with inquiries - always friendly and helpful!

Disappointment. We will not choose...

We specifically chose 25hours Hotel before other hotels as it had a nice sauna-spa area. Upon arrival we were informed that it was out of order. We were offered a bottle of water as compensation. The waiting time at the reception was very long despite no queue. Lack of staff. The first day at the breakfast the staff were particularly rude and unwelcoming. This was not the case the following two days. Despite having booked a room with a double bed we were given a room with single beds. As we had not touched the beds we could however change to another room. In the room itself there is a big lack of space to put your belongings. We had to use the floor to put our clothes on as there was no shelf. In the bathroom there is nowhere to put your toilet bag. It seems the room is not designed by people who travel a lot.

The location was great. The room was comfy and beautifully decorated.

The only thing we didn’t like was the toilet room. It was dark and there was no air conditioning inside.

Really nice hotel, obviously the place to be.. but when the staff assumes it to be the place to be, its just a pity.

We arrived at 12.30 and we knew rooms were not going to be ready.. staff were very friendly at that time, but when we gotBack at 3.15 one of our 2 rooms was still not ready. the staff was very blunt about it, as if this was normal. The told us they would contact cleaning staff and would see. But no answer so we had to go up to the bar without even a way to contact us. I think when u pay for a room, and it is not ready, especially at 3pm, the least the staffCould do is be empathic… not just like if this is the normal thing in the world. We spent two hoursIn theirBar consuming and when we came back to get out key, again just no empathy… no explanation of the check in or breakfast or anything.At checkout: huge line, and when asked for the bill , a typical denigrating answer: u have booked through booking.com so we cannot do anything for the invoice… as a customer, i do not careAbout the issues between the hotelAndA third party service.. but especially: what is theProblem about booking through booking.com?? i would ve never stayed with this hotel if it wasnt for booking. i am tired of staff just reacting like this. What about customer service? We did pay for the room and stay with you with pleasure.Get your staff to act properly.

The location was perfect. The hotel stands out from the rest with its very unusual style.

The lobby was cold and not very inviting. Hallway was very dirty. The room was clean but somewhat uncomfortable. It had a desk but only a stool instead of a proper chair. Ceilings were not suspended and light came mainly through spotlights which were a bit disturbing when trying to work on the desk.

The size of the room! funky style, location, the bikes you can get from the hotel.

No coffee in the room, not even a kettle. Otherwise nice touch with the free drinks and snacks in the mini bar. I would have exchanged all of them for a simple coffee. During the night it would get very hot and we couldn't figure out how to reduce the heating (it's a scale from -3 to 3, even -1 was super hot)

Everything! Its facade is gorgeous, the foyer was impressive, we were greeted by an actual robot, meandering around

The room was very nice: open, clean, bright, and with a pleasant aesthetic. The temperature was warm and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, and it also has a very nice rooftop area and fun. The hotel staff were very friendly.

One minor downside was the rooftop experience. One staff member came across as a bit rude on one occasion. The cocktails were not very good overall, except for the Porn Star Martini. The outdoor rooftop area could also benefit from more lighting and warmth, as it didn’t feel very inviting for staying long.

The location was good, very handy for the trams and only 15 min walk to the cathedral. The reception staff were great and the room was very clean.

The rooms are not well lit and the staff in the restaurant and bar were slow and quite rude. This seems to be a trait across the board with 25hours
