Breakfast was delicious, great location, good value . Small mini bar in the room

Party music at breakfast, a little bit too loud for a Wednesday 7:00 a.m.Not very good sound isolation.Only one giant pillow. Had to sleep without it.

Close distance to city center, 25 min o foot, plenty of shops along the way

The noise from the street came straight through, it smelt like smoke, the pillows were very uncomfortable

The location was perfect and easily accessible by walking or tram. I also loved that there was a yummy ramen shop next door (as well as an amazing costume shop). The room was very comfy and so was the shower. Every morning we had a lovely breakfast. The staff was very kind and accommodating. It was a lovely experience overall.

There is nothing to report. It was such good value for the money. I enjoyed my experience. No complaints. :)

Terribel we checked in - looked at the family room, smelled awful, not cleaned, strange staff and thereafter we booked another hotel and left. Avoid!

Generous check in/out. Demand for extra pillows was realized on the spot.amazing breakfast buffet.

Felt cold during night due to stop of heating.missed a coffee maker, room-safe and hairdryer. Once we were blocked on the street, night bell was not working. No leberwurst for breakfast

The Hotel was easily located, betweem train stations.The reception is manned 24hrs which is very reassuring if you need anything.Th room was small, but exceptionally clean and the ensuites also small but spotless and cosy.The beds were low which was great, allowing extra space and comfort they were very comfortable. Our room looked out over the street which provided a great view.No coffee making facilities in the room but the staff were most obliging in reception for hot water etc at any time and there were also some cooking facilities available there also if we wished .Location was excellent as we could walk everywhere from our hotel. Breakfast had a very good choice and service was very good

I would have liked to have a kettle/coffee in our room.Thats all

Nicely located hotel, room with a balcony and bathtub, even with a breakfast included, for a quite nice price.Breakfast itself is absolutely splendid, with a variety of hot and cold meals and a nice coffee.

Maybe a bit narrow bed and the room wasn’t really suitable for work with a laptop.

This is a slightly run down *** hotel in central Cologne. No thrills, but it does the job and the balcony and breakfast buffet were nice.

The hotel is decorated almost exclusively with images depicting the owner. Whilst this may sound as a nice personal touch, some of the photos may be less then appealing to some visitors. It really takes quite an ego to put the photo of your 70yo self on the beach in the dining room for your guests to enjoy while they are having their breakfasts. I, for one, would prefer that this kind of imagery stays in the owner's family album.

The rooms are very very small and some don’t have air conditioning. They didn’t make this clear prior to booking.

Sink and bathtub drain holes were stuck so water was not draining.... Air conditioning was very noisy weird rattling noise but did work and cooled the room.

I like the location. It's very close to two tram stops that can get you anywhere. The breakfast was also nice with a decent amount of options.

The receptionist could be a little friendlier. The room was also not big. The window of my room is facing a busy street, so when you open the window to air the room, it's absolutely loud. Other than that it's pretty ok.
