1st Floor Köln 2

Very good location, 1 minutes from S Bahn. A lot of food stores, and restaurants within minutes.

Quality location, facilities and staff. A special place for a special event in Koln. The jacuzzi's and sauna were as required

Basement room had a fire exit door at the rear in the bathroom which seemed a little insecure for a room without a safe. Had to trust that the external fire exit door was access from inside only

A lovely welcome, comfy bed, convenient to where I was working

Nothing - it was a great find

Unable to turn down the heat Bluetooth speaker needed charging but no lead and when I mentioned it I was told it did not need charging and they won’t leave a lead as they dissapear

The staff was friendly. The room is clean and well taken care of

The music installation turned out to be a small Bluetooth speaker empty of charge, without a cable. I went to the front desk for a cable which wasn't available, so the staff member gave me the front desk's own cable and hub. Upon trying to use the TV with the advertised Netflix function I found I can only use it with my personal subscription. After the speaker charged, I wasn't able to connect through Bluetooth nor ask staff as they left 30min after I checked in. Finally I tried to connect to the Bluetooth speaker in the bathtub, which I also couldn't get to work. All-in-all it was a comfortable, cosy room and I enjoyed the IR sauna, but for the amount I paid I would've hoped to not be troubleshooting for the first hour of my stay and for the things advertised actually be there and functional. This felt very.. improvised

Beautiful bathroom with amazing shower.Room has a private yard (which also functions as a smoking area)

The hotel has 7 regular rooms at ground floor, and 1 (room no. 8) room that is underground (at the -1 floor).Room has near-zero privacy.Room has no AC for the hot days of summer (only heating for the winter)

The room was wonderful and very quiet, parking was easy off street next to the hotel, could not have been any more convenient.

Perhaps he tea and coffee making machine could have been simpler.

Very nice Small hotel, very good connections with a Trainstation directly next door, whirlpool was amazing, room was very spacious, rainshower nice aswell, staff was very friendly, bed extremely comfortable, the room was furnished beautifully with love to details, as well as all the small little thoughtful things, such as a minibar with drinks and snacks, extremely comfortable Robes, Umbrellas free for use, enough towels for everything, bath salt for the wirlpool, a bluetooth music box, and a lot more, as well as the great service going beyond everything. Questions unrelated to our stay were friendly answered, and emails regarding travel tips, and such aswell.

We liked everything. nothing was bad. there are a few small tiny things that might be a nice little improvement tho. In the bathroom, cups or holders for toothbrushes would be nice, aswell as footmats at the entrance of the room, as well as maybe a shoehorn for putting on shoes. besides that, our stay was perfect.

The room was lovely, so cosy with our own courtyard. WiFi connection excellent, smart TV, and blue tooth speakers. Lovely bathroom with luxurious shower (no bath). Staff ultra helpful.

Bath towels could be bigger, but not a deal breaker as everything was amazing.

Spa bath, cleanliness, free snacks and drinks, spaciousness. Super quick responses from staff and ease of access to the property

Bed was a little soft for our liking and TV could be bigger

Close to the main Street, good restaurants and bars.

Great location

It was noisy and we could here a lot of stuff from outside. The room was nice but we expected a little bit more. overall great experience
