We came for the business. It was a very pleseant stay, very clean and good located.

The noise, constant bass noise from club downstairs.

Good location with many bars, restaurants and supermarket near by. I also like the kitchen facilities

It needs some updates like for example the kettle didn’t work and it was not easy to close the window

It was a clean and nice place, situated in a convenient location. The staff was friendly, and communication was good. The kitchen was provided with all the necessary items.

The bed was comfortable.

Despite all the reviews complaining about the nightclub downstairs, we decided to book two nights here. They were right. We were on the 4th floor and we could still hear the music all night long (we left the apartment at 10:00 am and the music was still loud). It was definitely too noisy to sleep well. Also, the water in the shower/sink was not running at some times during the day, the soap/shower gel in the apartment was empty, and the kitchen barely had any cooking tools, so cooking in the apartment was not an option. Very disappointing stay for a 200€ per night apartment.

It is near the train station, groceries store, and restaurants. The reception is friendly and accommodating.

The room was exactly as described. The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The whole weekend trip went very smoothly.

More kitchen equipment would be nice, so that you’re not constantly having to wash up again when you want to eat/drink something. Very minor though, and nothing else comes to mind.

Location is excellent. Great area for restaurants and bars, easy access to the centre of the city. The apartment is basic, but clean, comfortable and quiet. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Location- the outlook - the staff going above and beyond to accommodate- good advice. The fridge was handy - general amenities were good. Local shops - 2 mins away - good for longer stays

The entrance was bit of a faff - but maybe I was a little tired and didn’t read the instructions….

It’s in a great location. There’s a lovely park opposite. It’s a 1 minute walk to nearest metro station & right next to a supermarket. Our room had a small kitchen area which was very useful.

No air conditioning or a fan on the room. It was very hot when we were there.

The Owner was polite and helpful. Two supermarkets around the corner for food. Köln West bahnhof around the corner for Deutsche Bahn trains. U bahn station for 3 underground train lines.

The night club Club Z is noisy friday nights and (especially) Saturday nights which last until Sunday at 14:00.

Excellent, comfortable hotel. Easy self-accommodation. The room has a small kitchen, kettle, microwave, dishes. Near the hotel there are several supermarkets, parking, many cafes and bars. To the Cologne DOM 15 minutes by walk, near the metro station, the line 3, 4 and 5 Great location.

The walls are still thin and if the neighbors are noisy you can hear them.

The location is great, close to the city. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable.

Pillows were very light and almost non-existent. We had a double bed but the duvets were two single size duvets
