The receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful.The location was very convenient.

The windows of the room facing a back alley had a lot of foot traffic in the middle of the night and you could easily here every tiny detail of the conversations and noise.

Good location in the city centre, clean, car park, friendly staff, value for money.

When I arrived all windows were open, in the middle of winter room was super cold. After that the bathroom super cold, no heating, water in shower bare minimum, and overall not so pleasant.

Heater was ineffective, room was cold throughout the night. Water heater provided warm water for only a few seconds and then cold water poured out. Rm 29. No lift or elevator, this is tough when you have heavy luggages. No curtains on one of the windows so the bright lights of the Musical Dome entered the room and made sleeping difficult.

Location is perfect for me, breakfast is enough for me also hostel's officer helped me about the breakfast for catch my train

The place is in the center and the access to the city is easy ! Room size is good ! The reception staff was welcoming us in a great way with a smile !

The security issue was not well ! We didn’t slept all night long because there was a fight between two persons inside of their own room and in the corridor ! One of them he was in very dangerous attitude :Screaming and fighting and beating the doors and my kids were so afraid even to pass by the corridor because it was almost last room in the row ! The receptionist was informed and he had been asked to resolve it but nothing had happened! For almost one hour and a half after midnight! And even no apologises from the management about what had happened!

The staff was really nice! He gave us a bigger room than the expected. Overall it was clean, the breakfast was nice and the attention qas really good. It is also in a really good location, very close to the central station and near all the must-visit places.

Second stay there - the location is great and the drinks station was a big hit with my wife, who fell in love first with the hotel and then with the city, resulting in us staying an extra night!

Train noise is unsurprising next to a major railway station but might be a problem for a light sleeper - I slept like a log!

Clean, simple room, everything was there what was needed.

No lift in the building. Luckily the receptionist vould put me into a groundfloor room. I am 78, use crutches and have breathing difficulties. Clearly I missed the lack of lift and did not ask for special treatment. It all worked out well in the end. Please make sure the heating does not come on at night when I turn it on. The room was too hot. That would contribute to your green policy.

It's only around 7 minutes away from Cologne Central Train Station.

You'll hear the sound of the trains passing by and the bell of the church nearby. The beds separate on their own.

The hotel is close to the main station and there are lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were very welcoming and even carried our bags upstairs.

I felt I’d paid over the odds for this accommodation. It seemed from the website that rooms were going to be in short supply, but had I waited and booked on the day we would have saved about a third.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.

Shower was poor, either very hot or very cold. Room right next to the train line which was really noisy.

The bathroom is in bad condition. , I had to wait 20 minutes under the water becauseThe water pressure was very low

we stayed one night only , we wanted to extend our stay but hotel was full booked...

1) The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful.2) The room is spacious and clean.3) A lot of useful utitlities in the hotel. E.g. still/sparkly/hot water, coffee which are all complimentary. There's also an ATM and a few vending machines inside of the hotel. 4) The location of the hotel is also very good. ~6 mins walking distance to Cologne Cathedral, the commercial area and the railway station Cologne Central.5) Sufficient sockets for plugging and charging.It's very good value for money consider the room price is not very high.

1) The rooms are close to railway trail so there can be noise in the evening. It may bother someone who's sensative to sound. Personally I and my parents were totally okay with it.

Location to the train station is great.

The train runs directly behind the hotel and there is a park on the other side that was noisy until well after midnight. Earplugs are recommended!

Big room, fresh and modern. Great check in/out system. Close to the train station and the cathedral.

Slightly disappointed the bathroom didn’t have a bathtub as shown in the pictures but not too big of an issue. Also the TV wasn’t smart and was of course in German which was also disappointing.
